He soared into the air solely by flapping his single arm, all while shouting 1-armed Herdazian jokes and eating chouta.

"Can I have some chouta!?" Narrator Ghanderflaffle called after him.

He threw some her direction.

They very also pretty confused as to how on Sel someone would steal the Dor.

And a great deal of balloons.

Specifically green and yellow ones, with exactly three white spots per balloon.

And 1 and 1/2 purple spots.

The purple spots were the most vital. Without them, his plan would undoubtedly fail.

Like, a lot. It would be super bad.

It might be worse than the one time Wayne visited Azir.

But Kelsier was confident in his ability to Kelsier.

Which was good, as otherwise, someone else would have to be confident in their ability to Kelsier.

[Lunamor she/her]

The plan was for him to throw the canned cheese into Elantris, then attract the raccoons to the balloons using the white spots, cause them to become hungry for cheese using the purple spots, then let them loose in Elantris. They would ravage the city searching for the cheese, which they would be able to smell. Then, the Elantrians would flee the crazy raccoons, allowing him to be able steal the Dor with no one standing in his way.
