The Place was located deep in the mountains, snow covered it's steady walls. It's towers spiraled up in the sky, reaching for the moon.

At the Place-palace's peak, there paced the Place's Protectors; a pack of powerful prowling punk penguins proudly parading in psychedelic purple pajamas and packing pickaxes, and patrolling a puny pink and puce polka-dotted postern door where the P was placed. However, the penguins, preoccupied with port, didn't properly perceive the 3 P pick-pocketing people popping in.

And remember when that pickpocket stole that S from sally, a few posts up? It was only a matter of time until the Dark Alley contacted her, offering to hemalurgically spike her a new S.

Out of story here, I remember when this thread was just getting started. As do probably a good number of others, but that's beside the point.  I first posted on page 3. Now, we're on page 214, and if I'm right that makes this the 3rd-longest thread of all time, unless there's another I haven't found. This makes me so happy on so many levels.

The pickpocket was angry because someone had stolen all his capital letters.

So in retribution, the pickpocket stole all the captial letters in the universe. they currently sit locked in the dungeon under the pickpocket’s castle.

the pickpocket’s castle stayed put.

Pickpocket didn't count in autocorrection. Autocorrection liked to use capital letters at the beginning of sentences.

but then again, autocorrection gave Pickpocket his capital P back so Pickpocket relinquished Everyone thier capitals back.

The Place, which now had its capital letters back, was turned into the Capital of Capital Letters by Nobody, IT and CApITALIZATION. They locked a secret stash of Capital letters in a vault deep under somewhere.

The Capital letters were so bored, they changed their name to tHE cAPITALS and started a garage band.
