With the ghanderfaffle out of his way, and no longer needing to find any pancakes, Butt continued his journey. Butt did this with difficulty, however, because he was still emotionally damaged by the words of the ghanderfaffle.

He also had the Declaration of Independence. It had a treasure map on the back. Nobody had found the treasure yet, so Butt wondered if he should.

Butt threw the MPL at Achilles’s head, and immediately ran in the opposite direction.

Getting mad a Butt, Achilles ran after him. Butt saw him following and decided that he needed to slow him down. So he grabbed the thing closest to him and threw it at Achilles. that thing turne out to be a full size MLP.

With Butt’s unexpected ability to lift an entire pony, he pelted Achilles with a whole horse. Achilles was only marginally slowed.

The horse bucked him off and went to Arizona, leaving him alone out in front of a dentist's office.

And then he remembered that Arizona was name for nearby town. "What a strange name," he thought.

He also wondered what the Reckoners was...as it wasn't Cosmere and therefore had no presence in his universe. Yet the preposterous statement that the ghanderfaffle had made still hurt him deeply, somehow.

Though Butt was now stronger, had Gluteus, and had been through death and back, he still had not made the magical bean water, and was thus not powerful enough to defeat Brandy.

It was at this time that an elderly man, doing elderly things, passed by Butt on his elderly way, and inquired of Butt, in an elderly matter, why he was digging in the dirt?

Suddenly, the old man revealed himself as a chasmfiend! Rawr! He then proceeded to violently harass Butt Venture.
