I believe the last correction you have (Its instead of It's) was actually fine in the original. He's saying "I did something wrong in this book. It's lack of proper foreshadowing", meaning "I did something wrong in this book. It is lack of proper foreshadowing" (e.g. the thing he did wrong was the lack of proper foreshadowing). You can click on the entry number and copy its URL (or right click on the number and select the copy option from your browser's dropdown) for reference - unlike Theoryland the entries in Arcanum have absolute IDs, so even if they move around within the event their ID will remain the same.
