STINK he/him Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Well I can't be bothered to read what happened while I was sleeping but that's a lame lynch
Darkness Ascendant he/him Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Clanky is innocent, trust me.
STINK he/him Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 I've finally read the D2 lynch thing that happened and I know it's late but tbh I don't think Luckat is lying cause I got the very fun and interactive win con of worldhopping and killing myself Not sure exactly what Luckat could do that would be cool with poison but that's because I don't spend loads of time on SE lol
Clanky he/him Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 While it's nice to have all you say that I'm innocent even if I don't really know what you mean. I'm not sure how you would know if I had committed any crimes recently. But really, what do we really mean by innocent? There isn't two groups in this game that can be evil(eliminators) or good/innocent(Villagers). Everyone, even if you are part of the same faction, may still have to screw you over for a non-faction goal.
Ecthelion III he/him Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 Darkness Ascendant and Clanky were both on Roshar yesterday when I was there, if that adds anything to the general knowledge.
Mint11 she/her Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 @little wilson Bard and I are on Scadrial, so if you're interested in my Lifeless, worldhop over.
Amanuensis he/him Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 (edited) By Innocent I mean not an ally of Rayse. My only concern is dismantling God's Own Hate. Edited September 21, 2016 by Amanuensis
Silverblade5 he/him Posted September 21, 2016 Posted September 21, 2016 There's currently a lifeless spying on Taladin. Anyone want to lay claim to it before someone starts killing random Nalthians?
Straw he/him Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 I am not going to kill returned! That lifeless is mine!

I know that everything in black is from Victor, not Aman, and theoretically more truthful, but you've been emphasizing this a lot. The last time you kept on repeating something like this inthread, in LG23, you were equally focused on both the eliminators and the faction war, despite what you said inthread.
Amanuensis he/him Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 LG23? Am I expected to understand this acronym? Are you sure you're not crazy, lady?

Victor, I understand that this might sound impossible, but hear me out. I'm not the crazy one. You are. See, you're the split personality of an infamous manipulator who goes by the name Amanuensis, which is why you see so many people calling you "Aman" and other such variants of it. Aman is a prolific liar with a huge reputation in this particular set of alternate universes. Most people tend to listen to him when they should be ignoring him and ignoring him when they should be listening to him, which, of course, only builds on his reputation. Aman participated in one of the alternate universes that is known in these areas as Long Game 23: The Siege of Luthadel, or LG23 for short. Victor, if you could find a way to take charge more often or whatever it is that allows you to talk, that would be awesome. Aman is an okay guy, but you're much nicer. Also, pro way to avoid responding to the actual content of that message. Edited September 22, 2016 by Arraenae Typo 3
Sart he/him Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 Victor, if I may, I'm surprised you're not bloodthirsty. We have no way to determine who is among God's Own Hate at present. By lynching people, we could hopefully whittle down their numbers. We know of several people who can analyze dead bodies so it's in our best interest to use the lynch, as not many of us have access to a kill. Furthermore, in the discussion of yesterday, we managed to unearth both a murderer and a poisoner. I find it highly strange that you were merciful to both of them. If your objective truly is to kill God's Own Hate, those people seem like prime targets. Even if we did not have people who could analyze bodies, we can still examine the belongings they drop on the ground. That would easily give us a clue to their identities. Now then, I have a proposition. One of my objectives is to be targeted by actions that inform the target they were "spoken with". I believe this is only for Interviewing and Collaborating on Soul Stamps, unless there are character specific actions that trigger that condition. Due to one of my abilities, all actions of this type automatically fail. However, there is an upside to this. If I am targeted by one of these actions, I learn the alignment of one person who targeted me. Ergo, I am able to verify that people are on my side. I know you only have my word to go on, but I believe this benefits the Children of Adonalsium, by having a semi-trusted group. I would welcome the chance for people to target me. I haven't had much luck on Nalthis, so I'll be traveling to Scadrial if anyone wants to help me. 1
Arraenae Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 @Burnt Spaghetti. Hey Burnt. I haven't seen you posting much since you joined. What thoughts do you have about this game?
Burnt Spaghetti she/her Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 Thoughts? They are mostly 'hrm'. Any thoughts ive had ive put in my world pm, thought there arent too may of those either. I did notice BB saying I'm an independent. Im not really gonna comment on that much tho. Ive mostly just been spending time compiling info into a spreadsheet tbh. Though. With the whole Ghostblood thing, im kinda curious if theres a similar style thing for each world.

Honestly, I feel like you are all playing some kind of practical joke on me. I could see how you might find it comical, but all this talk about an Amanuensis is swiftly becoming disheartening. What did you want me to respond to? Last time I tried to use things I've done in past games to prove I'm innocent, people yelled at me. I'm not going to acknowledge the same thing when someone's using something I've done in the past against me. Either way, I was village that game, and that was my primary focus because I knew that the Spiked would win if we did not focus on them first, just like God's Own Hate is my primary focus now. I will admit that I have my own goal to fulfill for me to win (like everyone else), but it's the sort that will occur inevitably, so long as I focus on my first goal. 56 minutes ago, Sart said: Victor, if I may, I'm surprised you're not bloodthirsty. I haven't had much luck on Nalthis, so I'll be traveling to Scadrial if anyone wants to help me. I am who I am, and who I am wants no part in taking an innocents life. Personally, I have no qualms about forcing God's Own Hatred to play their hand first. We may know people who claim they can discover a person's identity by examining their corpse, but that doesn't mean that we should depend on them. I'm the type of guy who only believes in what he can see, anyway. While I might consider evidence other people gather and present as the truth, I will only take what I see with my own eyes as fact. In regards to Jonly and Lucy... I showed them mercy because I have no proof that they are my enemies, and thus have no reason to see them die. In the case of Jonly, the primary reason why I didn't vote for him is because I am somewhat suspicious of Spike myself. Once I learn more about either of them I might be willing to take a stance on the situation, but until then, I'd rather not let anything risky happen. Lucy, on the other hand, I don't trust nor distrust. She's got the spotlight on her already, so if she makes another wrong move then it's over for her, regardless. War or not, I think everyone (but those who aim to destroy the Cosmere) deserve a second chance. Plus, if she can really heal Cy Lon, who I believe is not [Evil], then I'd like her to at least do that first before I allow the wolves to devour her. As I stated before, Ryth spoke to me the first night. He is on Taldain now; perhaps you could rendevous with him to help you fulfill your goal? Edited September 22, 2016 by Amanuensis
STINK he/him Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 Mhm, loving the whole 'before I let the wolves ' thing you got going on there, real diplomatic.
little wilson she/her Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 Aman, it's one thing for someone else to use a past game (or multiple past games) to prove a point about another player. It's something else entirely for the player themselves to use a past game to defend themselves. Especially in your case, when you regaled everyone in LG24 about how you had to be a villager because of this and this and this and this, and you've always only done those things when you're village. Guess what. You weren't village. So nothing is alignment indicative for you. You should never be trusted completely. In fact, I'd go so far as to say you should never be trusted at all. 9
Amanuensis he/him Posted September 22, 2016 Posted September 22, 2016 (edited) 7 upvotes for Wilson saying I should never be trusted? Really feeling the love, guys . Either way, I'm trying to mitigate as much of this Aman text as possible, so I'll keep this sort and end this conversation here. I feel pretty strongly about not going to acknowledge other games when it comes to analysis in current ones. From what I recall, I've never seen someone actually get caught red handed this way. People tend to learn from past mistakes, and talk about this sort of thing just bogs up what really matters. EDIT: Make that 8. Edited September 23, 2016 by Amanuensis 3
TheMightyLopen he/him Posted September 23, 2016 Posted September 23, 2016 Apparently you're too good at this game for some people, Aman. 1

Nyali she/her Posted September 23, 2016 Author Posted September 23, 2016 Day 3 - Falling The man, fiddling with something in his hand, considered his options. He eyed potential targets, mulling it over, when suddenly something slammed into him from behind. Startled, he whirled around, only to find Odin, pushing him to the ground. "What are you -" he began, but Odin interrupted him by grabbing his arm. "Hey stop -" is all he managed. "My life to yours. My breath become yours!" Odin intoned, and wisps of... mist? poured out of him and onto the arm of the startled man, who tried to pull back but was held fast. The misty substance enveloped him and, as it did, new senses awoke within the man. He could sense life and auras and... and Odin now had neither. The hand fell away as Odin crumpled to the ground at his feet. "Now, what was that all about?" he wondered, shaking his head. Kneeling down, he noticed that Odin was not only dead, but his body was drained of all color. "Huh," he thought. Not to let an opportunity go to waste, he, of course, went through the man's pockets, but found nothing of worth. He lay what he found upon the ground and shuffled off, one item in particular unnerving him too much to stay near the body much longer. Lily had always been scared of heights. Well, not scared exactly, just… worried. You never knew what would happen standing there, atop a cliff or peering out the window of a tall building. Anything could happen, in fact. She never looked behind her, though, not when standing at the edge of a precipice. She knew giving into her fear was a weakness she could not afford. She would instead trust in the safety of her perch and watch the world go by. It could be peaceful, up high. Peaceful, but worrying.Tonight, she stood atop a spire overlooking a chasm, thinking of the news from the night prior. Someone had been shoved out a window many stories in the air. No body was found, but she could imagine what it must have been like to fall so far, the surprise at the attack, the fear of dying, the pain of hitting the ground... She could feel the darkness behind her, feel it like it was real, like it had substance. She was almost killed earlier in the day - of that, she was certain. She felt like that darkness she felt behind her was her death, stalking her since earlier that day, determined that she truly meet an end, one way or another. She would fight it, of course. She hadn't lived this long by staying in safety, or gotten this far by not putting herself at risk. That was why she was standing here tonight. She needed to remind herself that risks were necessary, sometimes. That they didn’t always turn out badly. Besides, she needed some peace and quiet. Quiet she had found. Peace...She could feel the malevolent darkness behind her, again. She nearly turned and looked, tempted the most she’d been in years to see what was behind her. But it wouldn’t do any good, would it? Death was a rather invisible concept, usually. Death was also rather intangible, generally, so she was understandably surprised when she felt a hand at her back, and then a sense of deja vu as what she had imagined came to pass. She fell down and down, past the tower, into the chasm, and then there was nothing more. Inside the tower Lily had just violently exited, a hand lowered slowly, and footsteps paced toward the window. A hooded figure raised a spyglass to eye to look down upon Lily's corpse, confirming this time that the woman had really died. The figure stood there for some time, gazing down upon its handiwork. An hour later, a knock came at the door, but there was no one left inside to answer it. However, the door was locked, and the window bolted shut. Luckat has died! Stink has died!
