Alcatraz teached me not to read the end of books. And yes, I did that before. I was a very bad person.

It's okay. I used to do that too. If a book was getting scary, or if I thought someone would die, I would go to the end of the book. Shame on me.

You know you're a Sanderfan when you start transcribing a signing instead of doing your homework.

...when you think about your Epic weakness, and you decide it would be papercuts (I'm not joking).

You know you AREN'T when you join 17th shard and realise just how many threads you have to trawl through to become a true sanderfan

You know you ARE when you see the word catechism written on a floor tile in the bathroom at school, and leave a stick there, only to find that the stick seems to have become fire and vanished, and the writer (obviously a fellow fan) has left a vial of metal shavings from the science labs in its place

You know you're a Sanderfan when you read this line...

FantasyCon registration will be in the atrium of the Convention Centre during the following times:

Catechism?

It's a legit thing, some people read the end of a book first. I greatly dislike it when I accidentally read the ending, particularly the last line.

"Catechism of the seventh floor tile?" No?...

You know you're a sanderfan when you realize with disappointment that all those people talking about "Siri" have not necessarily read Warbreaker  <_<

When you go to the Asian Art Museum and see lots of red ink stamps, and all you can think is "Why aren't they round?"

When you finally see a round one, and you think it must be from MaiDon, because no Rememberer would put the seal in such an obvious place.

When you then begin to wonder how many are stamped in places that aren't visible, and begin to suspect that everything in the museum is Forged.

...when you suddenly start treating metal with respect.

This is a dream that happened to me:

I was playing a game where everyone is in the pool and pretends to be dead. I'm not entirely sure how you were supposed to win the game, but I know I won.

How?

I burned cadmium, and so no one could see me breathe or move.

When your teacher asks the class what the most valuable metal is, and you and your best friend shout out "ATIUM!" at the same time

And when a girl named Vin joins your Drama workshops and it takes all your mental strength to keep from flipping the storm out

When you have this conversation:

"Hey can I have my copy of Alloy of Law back?"

"Sure, can I give it to you at lunch?"

"Yes. Wayne would approve of the food."

When you watch a demo of Final Fantasy XV and realize that the heros' weapons literaly vanish into mist when they let go of them

When you see the word "stratum" and you read "atium".

When you create a magic system that is basically Allomancy with rocks and powers of 3... I mean... A totally different magic system that has nothing to do with Allomancy. I promise. :D
