Wittles Posted January 19 Report Share Posted January 19 I was able to do a gymnastics skill that I wasn't able to do while I was actually doing gymnastics due to bad coaching and injuries caused by bad coaching. I have since gotten treatment and now I can do the stuff I was super disappointed in myself for not being able to do and it's just been extremely vindicating. For context, I injured my back super bad a few years ago and have not really been able to do sports since.
