Level of Power is supposed to be whether or not he is a god. That’s- that’s why I put it there.

This is pretty fitting, as half of this Cep came from this thread.

Cep burns duraluminum while Compounding steel to catch @VieB13, then taps extra steel to speedily down more metals. He, still tapping steel, snatches the Sandwich, then returns to the cavern. All of which happened in less than twenty seconds. To God Killer and Soyoung, he simply seems to disappear, then reappear holding a sandwich—the Sandwich.
