On the guys I can offer no advice as my dating involved 2 random girls running up to me when I was in primary school and telling me we were in a relationship. They lasted about 10 minutes and when they came over to tell me it was over I had forgotten all about it, as I was reading at the time and they rudely interrupted me not once but twice. As for when I was in highschool, all of the females I interracted with thought I was a psychopath. In college I kinda didn't care enough about people to put any effort towards getting in to any kind of relationship.

Let's not forget that Elend was going out and soloing whole armies of Koloss. So Elend wasn't exactly a beginner when it came to fighting. I know people will state that he was uncertain if he would win against the Inquisitor at the start of the book but the Inquisitors in book three were stronger than the Inquisitors of book one. Like I agree that Kelsier was more skilled but it would take him time to adjust to Elends massive Pushing power, and he would probably dismiss him because he is so new. As to who I think would win, I would give the edge to Kelsier. But it would be a good fight. The real question is could book three Vin take them both on at once?

Huh. I have never liked Christmas, I mean the gifts were nice but free stuff is mostly nice. Even when I was a kid I didn't get excited though I did have to fake the excitement or else they try extra hard to include me in things. Which to me is a punishment far worse than death. But now that I am an adult I haven't been to a family Christmas get together thing since my nana died, which was 6 years ago I think, and the only reason that could be considered a Christmas get together is because she died on Christmas eve. So yeah I have never gotten the whole hype behind Christmas. I would rather do what I'm going to do this year, which is stay at home and be by myself.

Yea. It shares a universe with Eureka and Warehouse 13. But they don't really do anything with that. I think the most they do is the occasional side-character cross over. I may have to go and try to watch it again. I tried last year and it wasn't really my thing.

Read some of the books several years ago now and never really got into them. What do you mean post apocalyptic stuff? Is it on earth after some war or something? Edit: Just saw the trailer, looks alright, will give it go when it comes out.

I personally do not love him. I desire him to trip on his way to the toilet, fall in and drown. But I doubt that will happen.

I'm going to assume that this thread is the appropriate place for this. Scenario: Gather 10,000 babies and put them in an area 500 kilometers squared. Get an AI with the means to create an environment that grows and adapts depending on each child's individual needs. Separate the children so that they will never encounter another human until they reach a pre-determined age, the age doesn't really matter. Have the AI, after a certain time, reveal itself to the children. The AI must never tell them 'no' and always fulfill their every wish and desire. There is more to the scenario but I need to go so I will just post this and expand upon it later if someone asks. Questions: How many children when told 'no' to their request for sex would attempt to force the other to have sex with them? -How many would train in the arts of combat and try again if the first attempt was unsuccessful? How many would attempt to kill the other children? -How many would train in the arts of combat and try again if the first attempt was unsuccessful? How many would attempt to create a society? How many would attempt to worship the AI? If they had children how many would keep the baby? -How many would abandon it? Would the children bully each other? Would they compete with each other? How many children would go insane through lack of human interaction Was thinking about morality before and thought of this little experiment to see if morality is inherent in our nature or a construct of society.

Enough of actual problems. I just had to endure 30 minutes without power. I died a little inside.

Assuming it's possible to reforge Nightblood. If someone was to melt down Nightblood and make two blades out of the metal, what would that do to the personality? Would both blades be Awakened? One? None? Would Nightblood feel it?
