Duralumin burning Lerasium definitely wouldn't do anything special. You would still be a Lerasium Mistborn of the same power level as any other Lerasium Mistborn. Burning duralumin while burning a metal you'd previously stored an attribute in....I'm not sure. It could just release all of the Compounded power at once, or it might not do anything. You definitely wouldn't get more power out of it, you'd at most, release all of the power at once, which could have....interesting repercussions. For about 2 seconds anyway

We don't actually know that for sure, either We know he was involved in the cataclysm, but not how much or whether he'd actually invested in the planet, or was there just long enough to influence people and mess it up.

Odium came from Yolen, actually Along with the rest of the original Vessels.

The magic systems on each planet involve how that Shard's (or Shards') particular flavor of investiture interacts with the nature of the planet, yeah.

It is definitely not Hemalurgy. White Sand takes place far before the events of The Final Empire, and possibly before the Lord Ruler even took the power of the Well, Hemalurgy wouldn't have been figured out yet.

Should probably change the title to not spoil people who haven't read the GN or the Prose.

How did you imagine Spheres when you first read this book series?
RShara replied to a topic in Stormlight Archive
It'd be hard to carry a bunch of those in a pouch -

They're definitely smaller than that -

IIRC, they're a little bigger than a regular marble, but not as big as the shooters. You know those decorative flat glass beads you can get for vases? About that size (except round instead of flattened) -

It's a little buried, but here's a good thread on it. It's been a while, so a new thread is fine

Nope, Wax is not a Returned. His body doesn't change, and he still has all of his memories, and he doesn't have any of the Heightenings. Harmony kept his soul from going Beyond until his body could be healed. The Returned are a unique effect of Endowment's investiture on Nalthis. Harmony could possibly replicated it if he wanted to, but Wax doesn't have any of the signs of being a Cognitive Shadow in a body.

Okay, first, let me ask a question. Is this a serious theory, or are you building a story for yourself? If a serious theory, please see below. If building a story for yourself, it's very imaginative and interesting, feel free to ignore the rest of this post! A couple problems there. It's Odium, not Odin. And he's not the most powerful. All the Shards started out with an equal amount of power. Odium also is not interested in getting more powerful (taking up other Shards). He wants to be the most powerful by killing all the others. Also, Odium can Beyond-stomp Hoid without much trouble. Hoid constantly has to hide from Odium, and mentions how if Odium found him, Odium could wipe him from existence without breathing hard. Also, the God King doesn't escape anywhere? He's still ruling Hallandren and living there with Siri. The people who are hunting Wit are part of the 17th Shard. They have a policy of non-interference. They're looking for Hoid because they think he does more harm than good with his meddling and want to stop him. Odium's never been asleep. He's been deliberately waiting for a good time to start his offensive. He knows that given enough time, people will forget him and become complacent, and fight among themselves until they're weak and easy to influence. He's also been meddling and influencing people for a long time.

I think I said "people" rather than "humans," actually People referring to any sapient beings, human, humanoid, or something completely different. We know there were at least 3 forms of sapient life on Yolen (humans, dragons, sho del), so any of them would count as people. So if you're standing on a planet in the red rift, looking over the rest of the cosmere. You'll see Roshar's star in the sky. You would see the other stars in the appropriate proximity to Roshar, with Taldain to the right and top, etc etc. And that influenced how the Cognitive Realm shaped up. This is just flat out guessing and making several assumptions, though, so *shrug* I'm not married to it lol.

hahahahahaha. The T is a plant should be in front, above the..plant...though.

Is hoid aware that he's a fictional character?
RShara replied to Jehoiada's topic in Cosmere Discussion
He definitely didn't break the fourth wall, so you're good -
I don't know if a spanreed is sturdy enough to kill someone, but give them some nasty scratches, sure. As for other applications of Paired Fabrials yeah, there are a lot of potential uses, like the archery platform Navani used in WoR.
-
He said it was spread out between the two books, rather than in epigraphs, I think. Making it even harder lol. Back to the topic: It sounds like maybe Stormlight isn't to your liking. Which is fine. Not everyone must like every book I hope SA4, or Brandon's other books and stories works better for you.

That was after it faded from Alethkar and the Shattered Plains. It seemed to affect both for a while, so would have been centered somewhere in that area. In WoK, Dalinar notices The Thrill fading, so I would guess that's when it started moving to Jah Keved.
-
The Thrill was pretty entrenched in Alethkar until recently.

It was from this WoB
