  1. Endowment, the guess is 5, because 5 petals on the Tears of Edgli, 5 Visions, 5x5 Returned palaces, 5 Scholars. No idea on Autonomy.
  2. If Elend had been a Seer, the Obligators and Inquisitors would have found him. Given that he was the Venture heir, he would have been at most of those parties and should have been caught out at one of them.
  3. The Coppermind can always use contributors
  4. Using the scale on the top left corner. I should perhaps say 525 miles squared? Sorry, it's hard to use the proper notation in text
  5. When we figured out the size based the legend, the Basin is about 525 square miles. We guessed that the Final Empire was a little over 200,000 square miles.
  6. I think so. It's also for sale as a print. https://store.brandonsanderson.com/final-empire-map-poster/ Can probably find higher res versions out there.
  7. I got this confirmed from Isaac a while back. There's a key for distance on the top left of the map, so you can figure out the size from that.
  8. Isaac usually picks them, based on the theme of the chapter.
  9. They thought they'd broken the Oathpact by refusing to go back to Braize at the end of that Desolation. I think leaving the Honorblades was more symbolic than mechanical.
  10. Agreed too. It looks like Shadesmar, with the tiny white "sun" and the clouds seeming to point at it.
  11. As long as you deprive them of Stormlight, they're powerless.
  12. Short answer is that we don't know yet. Long answer: Since they're just on Roshar right now, a speed-of-light type movement through the CR or PR would certainly still work, since they're close enough together that there wouldn't be a noticeable difference. Then again, a transfer to the SR, location shifting, then back to PR would also work, if done the right way.
  13. Yeah, sorry, that's what I meant. That you were thinking of him saying that as saying that Hoid had it at some point. He does sound like he's hinting that Hoid had it at one point, but he doesn't confirm it.
  14. Actually, there is a WoB saying that Hoid did NOT take the Honorblade (which Booknerd quoted), and one that says he has no Honorblades. Part of that latter one does include a kinda-RAFO on whether he's ever had an Honorblade. Perhaps that's what you're remembering?
  15. Frost is a dragon, and dragons naturally have functional immortality.
  16. Hoid kinda thought the Shattering was necessary, so it'd be weird for him to want to kill Adonalsium with the intention of trying to bring him back to life.
  17. If the Feruchemical table is accurate, some of the Spiritual Attributes are Fortune, Connection, Identity and Investiture. I don't think we know any others. https://coppermind.net/wiki/Connection https://coppermind.net/wiki/Identity https://coppermind.net/wiki/Fortune https://coppermind.net/wiki/Investiture
  18. Well, the corpse of the spiritweb sticks around, like a physical corpse does. And you can sometimes contact it and gain information/impressions from it. But it's not really like, aware and active, or anything.
  19. We have a pretty good idea of what happens after the physical body dies. You should definitely read through Mistborn Era 1, 2, and Secret History, as there are major spoilers for those books in any in depth answer we could give you.
  20. Well, one says that his stupid, compassionate days are the key to saving humanity. The other says that T, the Diagram, and all of it together is a long con by Cultivation to stab Odium in the back.
  21. The OP's theory is Which isn't what the Plant theory is. That IS the theory. There's quite a bit of difference between those two statements
  22. Welcome to the Shard! It's a good theory. A couple of things to note though. The exact wording of the request doesn't really matter. The Nightwatcher isn't like, a lawyerspren that takes your request and twists it around. She gives you what she thinks you should get, and gives you a curse to go with it. If you're lucky, she'll grant you the spirit of your request. If not, she might give you something completely off the wall. The other thing is that Taravangian actually met with Cultivation, not the Nightwatcher. And as we see with Dalinar, Cultivation gives you what she thinks you need (somewhat related to your request) and what's more, she gives something that she thinks will be useful to her plans. And she doesn't give something so clear cut as a boon/curse, but something that has the two mixed together. Dalinar didn't get a clear cut boon/curse, for instance. His forgetting and eventual remembrance were all part of the same "gift." So, given that Cultivation is the one that met with Taravangian, and she has her own goals, I don't think that either his intelligence or his stupidity are going to be important for saving mankind, but both mixed together, both serving Cultivation's purposes at the appropriate times. That's not what the T is a Plant theory is about
  23. Yes, the Cryptic Hoid bonds at the end of OB is the one that would have been Elhokar's.
