I would love to fly and yeet myself around, but then I'd also like to be able to store away memories *thoughtful Telrao noises* I'd probably go Mistborn, as it is end positive - you don't have so suffer in order to get an upgraded self.     K imma just annoy y'all for a li'l bit 'cause I'm in Bio and I'm meant to be doing work but we're almost at the holidays and I can't be bothered - 

    Wow. That is one of the least coherent sentences I have ever written.

    Anyhow, I borrowed the entirety of the Stormlight Archives from the library. It feels so good. I've finished re-reading The Way of Kings and storms... I forgot how much of a masterpiece that book is. I'm practically done re-reading Words of Radiance pt 1. Not as good as TWOK, but I mean... who can beat it? 

    Super excited, because I've been waiting for my library to get part 2 WoR in for... a month? Two months? Anyway, it finally came in, and now I've got a nice fresh book :) SO EXCITED!!!

    I bought the Tor Fantasy printing of SA 1-3, but I wanted to read them all in the Gollancz version... because consistency. So now I have a beautiful, gorgeous stack of books (WoR, Oathbringer, RoW) on my bedside table, just waiting to be read over two months of summer holidays. I never go outside in summer... so perfect!

    (NGL summer in Australia is instant death. 40 degree days [Celsius, in case you were wondering] murder me instantly. I am literally a ghost that plays the flute)

    Have I ever mentioned that I want to learn how to play sea chanties on my piccolo? Yes, yes. Imagine this teenage girl striding down the street, playing a tiny black piccolo and having the time of her life. Yes. That would be me some day.

    My elder brother is thinking of getting a busking license so he can go play guitar in the city. He plays fingerstyle, and man he's good! Raoden (imma call him Raoden for now, 'cause he's got sarcastic Raoden vibes) can play both electric and acoustic and is masterful on both of them.

    I would attach a file of his song Glimmer, but I do not have one (sorry!).

    Oh! I just noticed! 300th post, and I'm just over a month old on the Shard. Do I have problems? *confused Telrao noises*

    Telrao watches in curiosity. Who is this Layra? she wonders as she pads over to the humans and rubs against them. Warmth runs through her. Hmmm. What am I doing here, anyway? The Second stands to the side, not interfering. He carefully takes notes of the conversation, brown nose wrinkling in concentration. He can feel... a power from that ring. It bears a strong connection to Calano and Emma... and Kaos. He shivers, a cold sensation creeping up his back and tickling his spine. Not good. The Third and Fourth stand in the corner, watching, waiting. "Something stirs, Second." The Fourth whispers. "A Power. We need to get to a safer place." "I know, Fourth." The Second replies. "But there is something interesting about the Connection here. Be prepared to take us to the First's Haven." The Fourth nods and begins to chant softly beneath her breath.     H-hi I play the flute, piano (and sometimes piccolo) I would like to join this esteemed orchestra! I completed my grade four ANZCA flute exam last week, and am up to grade 4 piano AMEB. I hope this qualifies! Hhahaha
