  1. Merciful Domi! That did nothing! I know nothing! Telrao sat back on her haunches, horrified. She quickly stuffed those emotions away, breathing deeply. She walked over to Lerac, curling up beside him and purring comfortingly.
  2. Eliira glanced in Rayvyn's direction, then quickly broke eye contact. "Soup is... uhm... food? And it's uh... tasty?" Zirn'rii zipped away from Obsidian's head and hovered by the pot, making himself visible to everyone in the room. Hey! He said, This smells good! "You can't smell, Zirn'rii. You're a, uh, spren." Eliira said, immediately regretting that she'd spoken aloud. She wrung her hands. I see that it looks good! You humans are strange. Is taste like sight? The soup tastes yummy to my eyes! Zirn'rii said, zipping about excitedly.
  3. The Clinic: The Lobby Telrao watched in horror as Lerac gasped on the ground, Wynn trying to help him. She padded up to him, then felt... something. It's the same. The same influence. Her ears went back. I-I can't help... She shook her furry head, determination building within her. No! I will NOT allow this one to be taken! She quickly began drawing in the air, the lines bursting to light, hanging in place. When she finished, she was left with a chain of Aons - Ien, for healing, Rao, for spirit, and Ashe. The Aon for Light. She added the final line, and the Aons began to twist and warp around each other, weaving into a pure white light that burst forward and entered Lerac's mouth. She held her breath as the Light began to permeate Lerac's being. Please work. Please, let it help.
  4. Telrao nodded and followed Calano out the door, her floofy tail swaying as she padded along in deep contemplation.
  5. Telrao padded up to Calano's feet and sat down, purring comfortingly. "Calano..." She said softly, her bright blue eyes shining, "I... remember that you have a ring - connected to Emma. I may be able to infuse it with Light. Do you think..." She hesitated for a moment, then continued. "Do you think it might help? Help her?" @CalanoCorvus
  6. These are awesome, Kindness! Really good sketchies If you're looking for nice coloured pencils, I'd suggest starting out with Mont Mart if you want slightly cheap but good stuff - but if you want really nice pencils for a slightly more expensive price, I'd suggest having a look at Prismacolor. Their pencils have a nice even lay down, with beautiful colours that blend really well. Linkie to Prismacolor beancles: Linkie Linkie to Mont Mart beancles: Linkie
  7. Eliira glanced at Zirn'rii, who turned into a tiny amber stormclound. Eat me? Zirn'rii huffed. That is not possible! And I don't want to explore your intestinal region, thank you! The Lonespren hovered over Obsidian's head, his little cloud producing miniature, intangible lightning as he pouted.
  8. This page has been abandoned - and I am so sorry! I mentioned my final artwork from last year's art class in my SU - so be prepared to learn about the creative process and the amount of storming work that goes into art making! Wheee Have a wonderful day, Humans! PS: I don't know why things are underlined - sorry!
  9. "Spren are like... spirits, I guess. But not. Er... they're like ideas given form." Eliira tried not to make eye contact with anyone. "Lonespren embody adventure, exploration, and the solitary." We're very special! Zirn'rii said happily, And basically unknown in the entire multiverse!
  10. Eliira jolted in surprise, then frowned at Zirn'rii, who landed on her shoulder and shrugged. "Did you... reveal yourself to a person?" I'm a spren, Eliira. I can reveal myself to whomever I so wish. He burst off of her shoulder and formed into an amber ribbon of light, weaving around Obsidian happily. Eliira cleared her throat. "Uhm, Zirn'rii is a Lonespren. From Roshar, my homeworld." She took an unconscious step backwards. "His kind is... not well known."
  11. Eliira froze in place, regretting every life decision she had ever made. She glanced at Zirn'rii, who stuck out his small tongue and zipped towards the soup. She finally opened her mouth. "Uhm... yes." Stormsstormsstormsstormsstorms
  12. I did ANZCA - and played some jazz pieces for my grade 3 exam a couple years back. Kerin Baily, I believe. I think he wrote Scooby de Wap. The songs were Blue Mood and Moonlight Air - so technically jazz? I guess?
  13. When you make entire pages in your sketchbook dedicated in detail to parts of Roshar (so far I have havah and Singers pages. MORE SHALL COME!!) Also, when you say "Oh, storms!" or "Scud!" and everybody is confused. Or you mention really random parts of the Cosmere, and nobody gets it.
  14. This is true. I have enjoyed watching this thread, and it has died. Revival time, baby!
  15. FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL, BABY!

And oh boy, I'm in year 11! (Junior year for you Americans) We're in for a fuun two years!

The hilarious thing about today is that I don't have any classes, except at the end of the day, due to the fact that I'm a year 11 doing a year 12 class, and today it's only the year 12's and year 7's at school. So, I'm doing "homework" that was supposed to be done during the holidays - whooo!

So, uhm, I'm going to be pestering RP's constantly today. BEWARE BWUHAHAHA!!

Welcome to 11th grade, in which I am also. Except in the US where things are wonky.

  16. Eliira closed her tome with a sigh, then began packing away items into her bag. Zirn'rii zipped into the room as a ribbon of light. Oh! He said, forming into a miniature dragon and landing on Eliira's shoulder. Are you finished? Are we going to go exploring - like you promised? "I didn't promise that..." She said, closing her pack and swinging it over her shoulder. "And we're not going to explore - we're going home." She glanced at the small amber Lonespren. "It's been a moon cycle, remember?" She slipped out of her door, glancing back into the room that had been her home for the past two weeks. She sighed and locked the door, holding the key nervously. Wadda we do now? He asked, bursting into a ribbon of amber light. "We're going to get food. And interact with as few people as possible." She hopped from one foot to the other, then began to make her way down the hallway, licking her lips nervously. "In and out, Zirn'rii." Zirn'rii sighed and zipped ahead, disappearing around a corner. Eliira followed, making her way through the Inn when she arrived in the kitchen. To her horror, she found people there. Storms! She backpedalled furiously, ducking behind the doorway and watching the humans beyond. Were they making... soup? Zirn'rii zipped up and landed as a dragon on her shoulder, looking smug. "You knew!" She whispered. "This isn't part of my oaths, spren! I bonded you so I wouldn't have to interact with people!" Oh, really? He said, staring at her as she peeked into the room again, hyperventallating. And what about the one regarding guiding people, hmm? "Fine!" She said, and stepped into the doorway. And immediately regretted it. "Uhm... h-hi?" @Channelknight Fadran
  17. Oh boy! Well, I hope you can figure that out - doesn't sound very fun :< Sticky keys are the worst Good luck with your audition! I'm sure you'll do great!
  18. *Gasp* Oh nooo thaz so sad How'd it happen?
  19. The Clinic: Calano's Room Telrao blinked slowly, a comforting purr rumbling within her. "I'm sure she knew, Calano. She loved you, more than you would know. Just in her way. Emma was a special human. And so are you." She jumped off the bed and drew a few lines in the air, watching as they sparked to light, then faded. She closed her eyes, feeling Calano's sorrow, grief, worry. "You carry a heavy burden, friend. But you are not alone." She found a fragment of the picture of Emma and pressed her paw against it. She closed her eyes, furry brow furrowed in concentration as the fragment began to glow with a white light. Around the room, other fragments began to glow also. She felt Calano's love for Emma, the Connection between him and the picture, and she channelled it into the fragment, which shuddered and grew into the original picture, complete. Whole. She smiled at her accomplishment, then pushed it with her nose towards Calano. "I believe this belongs to you." @CalanoCorvus
  20. The Clinic: Calano's Room Telrao watched Calano with visible uncertainty as he re-entered the room. She jumped up onto his bed, sitting primly, waiting. She opened her mouth to ask Calano a question, then closed it. Instead, she drew Aon Omi, the Aon for Love in the air and let it hang there, glowing. "You... really loved her, didn't you?" She said softly. @CalanoCorvus
  21. Thanks! Hoid and Telrao would make a wonderfully chaotic team. I'll attempt to upload more adventures in coming weeks
