yeah, it's crazy to think that i still haven't actually finished a book yet... my current project is 4 years in, and i still don't have a draft finished, but the world and characters and plot are so scrumptious and all i have to do now is put it on paper

the Most Dangerous Writing App is actually scudding scary as hell
i'd been writing for 10 minutes, had over 500 words, and then my computer froze, and poof, everything was gone in a matter of seconds
absolutely terrifying
and mildly humbling
and i'm kinda super upset but like also invigorated, and i wanna try again
it's a really good tool for word sprints, actually!
my heart is beating so fast

it was so much fun though and i 10/10

1. OH MY SCUD I'M SO GLAD YOU NOTICED THANK YOU SO MUCH lighting and rendering was definitely my main focus for that specific piece. 2. Aw, thank you so much! It's definitely one of my favorites that I've written so far. It's just ambiguous enough while not losing the reader (i hope) oh thanks i've been writing for ~6+ years now, and i'm trying to get really back into it after almost 8 months of stagnation haha, so this means a lot to me!!!

hello, children. if you've ended up here, you're in for craziness. I'll be posting art and writing here, because I've been wanting to have a thread for this stuff specifically but absolutely hated my old thread (oof old work), so I deleted it! Hehehehehehehe. This is where my nice work will go. So yep. I'll probably post in a bit with some character death things, either a write® or an art® or both. We'll see. But anyway if y'all are new to my work, here's a bit of a sneak peek. this is one of the seven thousand prefaces for my book: this is the antagonist of said book after she is too far gone to save: and yep, that's all i have for now but i will be back later with more, hehe.

The debate was about whether or not public schools should be allowed to use proctoring programs to monitor student technology (we have school-issues laptops). It was Public Forum, and both my case and rebuttal were good; my teacher came up to me later and asked if i had done them both myself (we had partners but mine didn’t help much) and when i said yes he was like “Nice frickin work. That was really, really good.” And then i also debunked their case completely during cross-examination.

HE DOES OMC i feel like keefe's hair should be more... chunky than how he's represented in the official art (which, btw, i personally feel they all look a little uncanny) not like chunky but like clumpy and just overall more coherent with a more defined shape (aka *iconic*) because on the covers, it's just... it's just hair *cries* No hate ofc i completely respect both Laura Hollingsworth and Jason Chan, these are just my personal thoughts

so we just got lightning
that lit up the sky like it was day
and then thunder that shook my entire house
we were in a tornado warning a little bit ago, but then they canceled it, then issued a severe thunderstorm warning, and then were saying that there’s a high possibility for another tornado warning
and i agree
my brother’s workplace closed down early and my dad’s on his way to get him (please pray for him to stay safe!! i don’t know what i’d do if anything happened to my dad) and won’t be back for a while so
also had a choir concert
which is when we got the tornado warning
and people were like
”GeT iN sHeLtEr” and i hung my robe up and hightailed it outta there
(i live maybe a two minute drive away from my house)
so that was interesting
and now i’m eating cereal for dinner
