I have a little device that uses little electric shocks to help combat the pain. I think it’s called a Livia. It’ll also help with the back pain that sometimes comes.

And it definitely doesn’t sound fun but if you try to like eat healthy it can help a bit too.

Ibuprofen always works for me, but everybody's body is different.

Sometimes I like to lay on the floor in my room, because the hard surface is more support then my bed, so it feels like I can lay flat and let my muscles and spine straighten out (that sounds weird . . . I know). Sometimes laying in bed with cramps feels like laying in a puddle of unhappiness, so this can help.

My mom always says that walking around helps (I can neither deny nor confirm)

Do you have a . . . . what do you call it . . . a rice bag thingy? It's a bag of rice, or dried beans that you heat in the microwave, and it stays really warm. So, basically a non-electrical heating pad. Having on one of those to put on the achy area can also feel really good. (I don't know the name because we have a weird nickname for it at my house).

I will let you know that one of the most attractive things to a guy is a girl straight up telling him that she likes him. If the feelings are mutual, it's so good. If not, the guy will be flattered and will almost always gracefully let you know he's not interested (unless he's a bum). But yes HoCo is so good do ittttt
