You are correct. I remember Kwaan telling he knew the prophecies were changed because he had an eidetic memory. He tried to get the other Worldbringers to believe, but the others chose to believe their copperminds (which were altered by Ruin) over his memory. Check out the epigraphs of The Well of Ascension for the exact quote. Congratz.

You can use the multi-category search: http://coppermind.net/wiki/Special:MultiCategorySearch Just type "Characters" in the first box, then either include cosmere books or exclude non-cosmere books. Should give you what you want.

Odium is not so bad. The real awful Shard would be Devotion. It would have Splinters that'd be total sycophants and stuff. Ugh.

Welcome. The answer to your second question is Skybreakers are, for sure, the second order of the Knights Radiant. Brandon first told us that they were the tenth, but that turned out to be a mistake and was later corrected. That's probably the reason for the discrepancy. Also, you can usually find that sort of things on our wiki: http://coppermind.net/wiki/Knights_Radiant Our articles are generally pretty well cited.

Teft is actually Bela reincarnated into a man.

This has probably been discussed before but I came across a very interesting quote while I was looking through the Theoryland interview database: It's an interesting answer by Brandon all around but I'd only like to talk about the last sentence. It's not exactly certain but it feels to me like Brandon's talking about the return of Surgebinding here. First, I want to start by eliminating characters that I don't think is our innovative culprit here: Szeth: Brandon specifically says "random interlude" and I don't think the Szeth interludes can be classified as such. They are like character development chapters for Szeth but not necessarily important to the overall plot of the book. Additionally, I can't think of anything important Szeth discovered in the interludes. Most important things are in his regular chapters. Nan Balat: No discovery here. The chapter shows how screwed up the Davar children are. Ishikk: Again no discovery, not one that is important to the plot anyway. It shows a different part of the world, expands Hoid's story a bit and introduces us to the Seventeenth Shard. Important for cosmere probably, but not much for Roshar. Also Galladon is back, so that's good. Baxil: There is some stuff about Old Magic here, but I don't think this is it either. I think this just shows us Shalash. So what's left and what do they discover? RysnNo spren in Shinovar Shin culture, He Who Adds, farmers being ranked highest, no mining Szeth becoming Truthless and being sold to Vstim Axies the CollectorAlespren Cusicesh Geranid and AshirSpren size and shape are locked if they are measured and recorded Note that, all three discover something about spren. Which do you guys think is what Brandon was talking about? Can you think of anything else?

Actually, Stonewards don't have access to transportation. It's the eight Surge and shared by Elsecallers and the 8th order.

I completely agree. In fact, I'm going to say that she is the scribe Kaladin uses to write his letter to his parents to tell about Tien's death and that's how they met. You guys can quote me when this comes true.

Here's a WoR Mini Review From a Beta Reader
cem replied to Shardbearer's topic in Stormlight Archive
Oh yeah, we all feel your pain. On a more serious note, I'm really not interested in beta readers' reviews, no offense intended. You obviously can't give us anything solid to talk about. Any review you write will revolve around sentences like, "it was great", "there was a very interesting scene but of course I can't tell you about it". And those are fine when they are posted two weeks before the book is published but when it's three months before, it's just teasing and annoying. At least, in my opinion. I think there will be others who'll agree with me. It's also probably driving you guys crazy not being able to talk about it, but needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, and all that. -
The spren Shallan sees. You can find more info about them on the Coppermind.

It doesn't have to be. Anything with Investiture is, practically, immune to additional Investiture. Beyond that, there is aluminum which is immune to Allomancy without containing Investiture. On the other hand, I am reasonably sure someone used Allomancy on atium during the Mistborn trilogy, though I can't cite it right now, so at least one body of a Shard can very much be manipulated. Edit: I just had a thought. Is it possible that ralkalest is actually aluminum?

We don't know where the prelude takes place in. But the Origin probably isn't the Shattered Plains. The Origin is where the highstorms originate from and places east of the Shattered Plains suffer from highstorms as well. Rosharan thinks Origin is across the sea. Shardblades belong to the Radiants. I don't believe Heralds wear Shardplates. I don't think Sadeas is anything other than what he seems: minor antagonist in the grand scheme of things. Elhokar is probably seeing cryptics and assuming they are assassins.

I like it. Though I prefer "broken" instead of "destroyed."

Apparently the Feruchemy article was outdated, Iron's separate article had the correct info. I fixed Feruchemy too. Thanks for finding this. By the way, it would be appreciated if you and everyone else would correct the mistakes or at least inform somebody else on the article's discussion page of them or put a {{disputed}} next to them when you think find inaccurate information on the Coppermind.

The glow of the Radiants' Shardplate change depending on their orders. Amber, which is the color the lady Knight's Plate glows, corresponds to Stonewards.
-
Not really. All the physical attributes of aluminum actually applies to Allomancy. But the categorization of Allomancy is not the same as of Feruchemy. For example you can't really differentiate Feruchemical metals as internal/external or pulling/pushing. Things are bound to be different.

Is that a confirmation Hoid's in there? It sounds like a confirmation.

Uh... Hrathen maybe?

5. Brandon indicated that there is a spren trapped inside Gavilar's stone, in the sense they are trapped inside gemstones used with fabrials. We don't know what kind of spren though. There's been theories of spren corrupted by Odium or actual Splinters of Odium but it's all guesswork right now. I have this theory that is more of a wild guess than anything else. In short, the Parshendi are Voidbringers but not by their free will. In one of their forms, that I dub the Void Form, Odium is able to control them or at least manipulate them, kind of like Ruin with people touched by Hemalurgy. And the spren inside Gavilar's stone is the one that transforms the Parshendi into their Void Form.

Do you have a source for the bolded? Because I can't remember any such thing and to be honest it doesn't really make sense. As for ralkalest, as you guys said, it may be something mystical or it may just be a rock. Shai doesn't mention why it acts the way it does, probably because she doesn't know it either. And Brandon RAFOed it when asked:

http://www.tor.com/stories/2013/12/words-of-radiance-excerpt-lift They released the Lift interlude. There is also an illustration of her, which I think is quite good. Edit: This is not the same as the Steelhunt version. It seems Brandon cut around 500 words. -

Heh, the dinosaur made me laugh. And respect! to Brandon for not bowing to Tor in making the book smaller than tWoK.
