Well, the Rambo-Kaladin is gone. That's a plus. The picture is a bit small to tell but I still don't think his face looks anything like how he's been described. And his pose is stranger than it was in the first cover. I don't see any changes to the background which was already beautiful. I guess Whelan only worked on Kaladin.

I don't see why it couldn't. For reference, this is the longest page on Wikipedia. It's over 750kb in size or 810 pages when I copy the content to MS Word.

I think the Coppermind wiki would be better than the forums. It has all the searching&organizing functions of the forums and a whole lot of others on top. Forum softwares are kind of limiting with their BBcodes and whatnots. We would be able to use html tags on the wiki. The wiki would allow multiple people to maintain the database. They keep the interviews on the forums on Jim Butcher's fan forums. It gets outdated from time to time because the person responsible for the job doesn't always have time to spare. And Brandon does a lot more interviews than Jim. These are all the pros for wiki that I can think of at the moment but I'm sure there would be more if we gave it some thought.

Do tell. Are you talking about an interview DB? Theoryland isn't being updated with non-WoT Brandon interviews anymore so it'd be nice to have one for ourselves.

I don't have the book with me now but I'm pretty sure he talks about his dead people regret list, then mentions Tarah and specifically thinks that he failed her in a different way than others. I read it as he screwed up the relationship and regrets it now.

This is what I'm hoping for Kaladin as well. I don't like how Kaladin has left everything of his old life behind. Though to be fair, he didn't leave them behind so much as they were taken from him. Still, I'd like it if someone came back. Other than Amaram that is, hatred for lighteyes is more or less constant for Kaladin so he's not bringing anything new. And yeah, I didn't get the sense Tarah was a random bit of trivia from Kaladin's time in the army. I can totally see Brandon foreshadowing a romantic interest for Kaladin.

IIRC Dalinar didn't win Elhokar's Shards. He won a set of Shards and gave it to Elhokar so he can give it to someone else. So Elhokar inheriting Gavilar's Shards should still be on the table.

I'm finally done with Kaladin. I think it turned out nice. Could be exemplary.

I'd like to point out Harmony and Endowment do things similar to the highstorm water in Elendel Basin and Hallandren. Just because Cultivation has a very convenient Intent doesn't mean anything. Any Shard's power can have that effect on plants.
