Between oathbringer and tWoK for me. tWoK for me is a near perfect book, where as O is an amazing ending to multiple plot lines, while being a door to a new world

Ooo let’s see. I hate the fact that they killed vins father, and that he didn’t know about her. Would have proved elends point if vins dad knew about vin but tried to protect her by sending them away. Or even was in communication with reen to give them a heads up when the steel inquisitors got close. And possibly expand their relationship in well of ascension. (You could have killed him off instead of the elend fake out) Anyways, I feel like that was a missed opportunity for an interesting dynamic. allomancy imo works better as the ability of both preservation and ruin. (Literally destroying metals to access the power) Burning atium to keep it away from ruin sounds stupid to me because it goes to the SR and that’s where most of ruin is. Breeze and alrenne I don’t mind but spooks and that trusting girl was annoying. (Oh yes stalk the girl say you’ll kill her brother and still get her somehow.) cett is annoying vin is a Mary sue that has trust issues. So original. I looked online to see if anyone talked about this, and i didn’t find anything so I guess I’ll make a post. as some may know, I’m a believer that stormlight isn’t a book of the end of the world, but is in fact a book about the revival of the world, as in the following post talking about mistborn and stormlights differences. So in holding to this, I have a theory for book 5 but first some background to the thoughts. I believe in oathbringer the stormfather mention that odium rides the storm like honor used to, and what do we know about odium riding storms? He’s able to protect his army and ships while destroying others in his path. what if honor did the same thing. The stormfather said that honor loved humans. That he protected and died for them. What if he literally protected them from the storms when he was alive. shielding them and their cities from the full force of the storm. Kinda like what kaladin has done a couple of times. The bases of the theory come from one of the visions Dalinar gets when the midnight essence was released, the people lived in wooden houses, and was confused about why Dalinar was mentioning living in caves and in stone buildings. That must be because there is no need to worry about the storms, their god honor literally protects them. Also a legend, of karbronth. Called the city of bells. Saying they would hang bells outside to tell if a highstorm was even happening. Laughed at but maybe it holds more weight then we originally thought. and I think we are starting to see the stormfather change slightly, where he now considers the request of kaladin and of Dalinar.(why would he consider it if he couldn’t do the request?) To where in RoW when arguing with Dalinar he mentions how the two people didn’t survive due to a boulder hitting them. Dissipate just mentions how he only sees the front of the storm. (Stormfather is a filthy lier) what’s yalls thoughts? TLDR: I believe that the storms didn’t hurt people when Honor was alive. And that the stormfather might return to that state becoming a storm that cares.

Falling within a Machiavellian mindset that elend might have a hard time not falling for it. lirin and the lord ruler. I wonder what would happen if knight blood was left outside in a highstorm. Would the stormfather just not care and tank it? Or would nothing happen just pushing the blade to hit unexpecting people vaporizing them? Would the stormfather just be like yeah I’ll make an exception for you and blow around the sword not touching it?

Soulcasting literally unlimited food, water, medicine, technology advancement, (just bring them up to the steam age in a matter of months just make the parts out of wax or wood then soulcast it. ) literally the applications of soulcasting it borderline unlimited. gravitation extreme workout, Tired of just working out one muscle? I have a theory in the roughs so to speak that gems would need to be filled with investiture inside a vacuum to be “pure investiture” then you could make all sorts of things with it, for one example, if you could make preservations light then their is WoBs saying how you can change the state of it to a solid and bam full blown mistborn literally anywhere in the cosmer

Everyone around Amaram ran, and deserted him. Witch seems the punishment for that is slavery. Kaladin was placed with those. His squad was said to have attacked Amaram while the shardbearer was attacking him as well. Who Amaram “then swiftly killed.” sense everyone ran from the shardbearer nobody except those really loyal to Amaram saw what really happened.

Well the question really becomes, do they disappear into the the PR? Do they stay in the CR? In between realms? Too many questions that can’t fully be answered especially when you think of the CR overlaying the PR in not two different locations

I said spren in more a rosharin way. In the cosmer spren are known in roshar, seon are related to spren in a way or at least made by related processes

Should be noted that shards can purposefully splinter themselves to create spren. And sense it’s more controlled it’s not as dangerous. Also welcome! Just a piece of advice, be thorough with any theories, @Frustration is known to shoot down theories with WoBs left and right

That would be interesting, especially what would Renarins squires be? Or would squires be made if someone bonded with an unmade.

I think that it was more like an arms race that escalated per desolation. Immortal heralds? Immortal fused. radiants? Fused have surges now. squires? Voidspren to make regals.

Idk I seem to alternate between elsecaller, skybreaker or Windrunner. Just depends on my mood really
