So I just got back from watching project hail Mary for those who don’t know it’s a new movie adapting a sci-fi book it was a good movie, but I felt like it was a little rushed it was two hours and 30 minutes and I noticed that the final empire is a decent amount longer than the project Hail Mary book so does this mean they’re gonna rush the final empire movie? Or will they give it a longer run time? Like three hours the problem with that is I. And other fans. Would definitely go watch a three hour mistborn movie but the average person probably won’t I don’t know. Does anyone have any thoughts?

So due to the recent news that Apple bought the Cosmere I was wondering, how long do you guys think? It would take for the Mistborn movie to come out I was thinking like 2 to 3 years I think it would line up pretty nice if they release the movie simultaneously with the first ghost blood book idk I don’t know anything about movie production or the process? Any thoughts? Also. is there a chance that the first project might not be Mistborn they could do elantris first personally I doubt it it will probably be Mistborn due to it being the second most popular series right under storm light

do you guys think? There will be a lot less combat and. Killing. In era 3 bc in era 1 there’s no surveillance so it’s pretty easy to get away with murder also killing is a lot more widely accepted in era 1 bc they’re all sensitized to it. and in era 2 wax is a constable so he has the law on his side.but since era 3 is set in the 1980s time period there’s probably gonna be surveillance cameras. Also, from the descriptions of the main character we got. She doesn’t sound like a fighter or is gonna be a constable.

so How long do you guys think the ghost bloods times skip is gonna be? I was thinking like 50 to 60 years. Since it’s supposed to be set in like a 1980s time period. Also, how do you think the survivor religion would change over that time? Would there be debates if the survivor even existed? Or if everything that happened. In the first series actually happened. By. era 2 it’s still relatively excepted. That all the events from the first series happened and the survivor exist. Is another 50 to 60 years. Enough time to bring debates about it.

Question for people who are smarter than me how fast is a steel pushed fuel bullet. and how much farther would it travel? Let’s say it comes from a modern handgun. Why does the lord ruler have such powerful Allomancy. from what I understand compounding only affects feruchemy. he’s more powerful than a pure mistborn. so I was thinking is it possible his metal mines could’ve also been hemalurgic spikes to make his Allomancy more powerful. in the final empire it was said that his metal mines were piercing his body and in the hero of ages it was also said that he was able to hear, ruined speak to him which requires a in bedded Spike

do you guys think they Will regulate Allomancy . in the next series? I feel like they would when it comes to coin shots and lurchers.but the tineyes and thugs would be harder to spot, maybe the constables would employ more seekers. Also, do you guys think you would have to get a Allomancy license or something. to be allowed to use your powers. I think it’s an interesting thought.

I’m a little bit confused is mistborn era 3 and ghost bloods gonna be the same series or two separate books and if so does that mean kelsier would take a more important role maybe as the mentor for the new main character he’s definitely been suspicious with his actions recently it will be nice to get some explanation about what he’s been doing

So now that’s storm light is gone what does it mean for roshar. Is there still void light?. tower light only works in the tower and I’m assuming because cultivation left there is no more Lifelight. Will retribution make his own new light. or does he just still use void light. And what does this mean for the progress of technology on roshar?.

I feel like retribution would be stronger. bc honor and odium don’t clash as much as ruin and preservation clash they are complete opposites. for example preservation can’t destroy anything but both honor and odium can if they want honor had no problem destroying the planet to kill odium. Also, I feel like the vessel of retribution would have a lot more easier time with control over their shard then Harmony

Do the humans On Scadrial not get sick from swallowing metals I get it the magic system lets them use metals and even if it lets them digested swallowing metals is very dangerous and I’m pretty sure if a regular person done it they would die so like is there something different about their bodies?Did the Lord ruler or Ruin and preservation make them like that or can everyone in the cosmere just casually swallow metal

Recently characters have been using aons and stamps off world which is really confusing because it’s supposed to be that the farther you get from your continent the weaker, your magic gets so how are they working off world? Can someone explain it to me please
