So I just got back from watching project hail Mary for those who don’t know it’s a new movie adapting a sci-fi book it was a good movie, but I felt like it was a little rushed it was two hours and 30 minutes and I noticed that the final empire is a decent amount longer than the project Hail Mary book so does this mean they’re gonna rush the final empire movie? Or will they give it a longer run time? Like three hours the problem with that is I. And other fans. Would definitely go watch a three hour mistborn movie but the average person probably won’t I don’t know. Does anyone have any thoughts?

So due to the recent news that Apple bought the Cosmere I was wondering, how long do you guys think? It would take for the Mistborn movie to come out I was thinking like 2 to 3 years I think it would line up pretty nice if they release the movie simultaneously with the first ghost blood book idk I don’t know anything about movie production or the process? Any thoughts? Also. is there a chance that the first project might not be Mistborn they could do elantris first personally I doubt it it will probably be Mistborn due to it being the second most popular series right under storm light

do you guys think? There will be a lot less combat and. Killing. In era 3 bc in era 1 there’s no surveillance so it’s pretty easy to get away with murder also killing is a lot more widely accepted in era 1 bc they’re all sensitized to it. and in era 2 wax is a constable so he has the law on his side.but since era 3 is set in the 1980s time period there’s probably gonna be surveillance cameras. Also, from the descriptions of the main character we got. She doesn’t sound like a fighter or is gonna be a constable.

so How long do you guys think the ghost bloods times skip is gonna be? I was thinking like 50 to 60 years. Since it’s supposed to be set in like a 1980s time period. Also, how do you think the survivor religion would change over that time? Would there be debates if the survivor even existed? Or if everything that happened. In the first series actually happened. By. era 2 it’s still relatively excepted. That all the events from the first series happened and the survivor exist. Is another 50 to 60 years. Enough time to bring debates about it.

How fast does a does a steel push fuel, the bullet travel

Question for people who are smarter than me how fast is a steel pushed fuel bullet. and how much farther would it travel? Let’s say it comes from a modern handgun. Would a steel push double the speed and the distance or do even more than that if someone could answer, that would be great thanks. also off-topic i’m really happy I found the 17th shard bc I always had these questions but I couldn’t figure out the answers but now I can just ask them here and someone might give me an answer give It’s great. -
Why does the lord ruler have such powerful Allomancy. from what I understand compounding only affects feruchemy. he’s more powerful than a pure mistborn. so I was thinking is it possible his metal mines could’ve also been hemalurgic spikes to make his Allomancy more powerful. in the final empire it was said that his metal mines were piercing his body and in the hero of ages it was also said that he was able to hear, ruined speak to him which requires a in bedded Spike

do you guys think they Will regulate Allomancy . in the next series? I feel like they would when it comes to coin shots and lurchers.but the tineyes and thugs would be harder to spot, maybe the constables would employ more seekers. Also, do you guys think you would have to get a Allomancy license or something. to be allowed to use your powers. I think it’s an interesting thought.

Were the Skaa any particular? People are Race before the Lord ruler. Used the power of the well. or were they? Just the lower class and middle class turned into slaves. Maybe they were originally the people from Alendi’s country idk does anyone know?

I’m a little bit confused is mistborn era 3 and ghost bloods gonna be the same series or two separate books and if so does that mean kelsier would take a more important role maybe as the mentor for the new main character he’s definitely been suspicious with his actions recently it will be nice to get some explanation about what he’s been doing

So now that’s storm light is gone what does it mean for roshar. Is there still void light?. tower light only works in the tower and I’m assuming because cultivation left there is no more Lifelight. Will retribution make his own new light. or does he just still use void light. And what does this mean for the progress of technology on roshar?.

I feel like retribution would be stronger. bc honor and odium don’t clash as much as ruin and preservation clash they are complete opposites. for example preservation can’t destroy anything but both honor and odium can if they want honor had no problem destroying the planet to kill odium. Also, I feel like the vessel of retribution would have a lot more easier time with control over their shard then Harmony

Do the humans On Scadrial not get sick from swallowing metals I get it the magic system lets them use metals and even if it lets them digested swallowing metals is very dangerous and I’m pretty sure if a regular person done it they would die so like is there something different about their bodies?Did the Lord ruler or Ruin and preservation make them like that or can everyone in the cosmere just casually swallow metal

Recently characters have been using aons and stamps off world which is really confusing because it’s supposed to be that the farther you get from your continent the weaker, your magic gets so how are they working off world? Can someone explain it to me please

So in the lost metal They figured out how to make spikes without killing someone so does that mean? They can make new blessings without killing people and re-populate the kandra I still don’t really understand Hemalurgy is that possible? Are there still? Mistwraiths in era 2

What did harmony do with all of the obligators and nobles? After The Catacendre did harmony just put them somewhere else on Scadrial and if so wouldn’t that be a threat to the basin?

Will there be Allomancy in era 3 in era 2 it’s very obvious that Allomancy is at a decline Brandon said that the main character will be a Feruchemist it should depend on how long the time skip is right if it’s only 50 or 80 years there might still be Allomancy but if it’s like the first one 200 years or more then Allomancy probably won’t be around anymore it might pass into legend so people might not even believe that it existed in the first place

So I feel like that the storyline in Stormlighte is coming to an end but there’s like five more books so like are we getting a mistborn era 2 type of thing Stormlight archive Era 2 and if so is book 5 the end of era 1 does anyone know ?

I’m currently re-reading mistborn for the second time and I was wondering what’s up with the Lord ruler like sometimes he makes smart decisions like the vaults or how he kept Atium from ruin but then other times he makes really bad and dumb decisions like the final empire in general it literally says it in that book that Ellen has that it should be better than it is and for a another example he made it so the skaa what have a bigger population than the nobles which in my opinion basically made it inevitable that they would rise up and actually win you could make the excuse that ruin was influencing him and I feel like that does make sense for later in his rule but I also feel like that doesn’t excuse the bad decisions he made earlier in his rule idk does this make sense to you guys?

Is wax a stronger allomancer than normal his ancestors our Breeze and allrianne Who are both full nobles so his blood is a little bit less diluted than normal right so maybe he’s a little bit stronger than a regular coin shot not much but just enough to give him a little bit of a edge when he’s fighting what do you guys think ?

Why Are there no Mistborns in era 2 they speak of them like they’re mythological are there really no Mistborns or are they just really secretive The time jump between era one and two is 300 years which sounds like A lot but compare to the first Mistborns it’s really not that Long by the time of the events of era 1 it’s already been 1000 years since the first Mistborns and between that time they did not die out so it doesn’t make sense for there to be no more Mistborns in era 2 especially since Sazed made spook a Mistborn I would’ve assumed he would have made him an undiluted Mistborn like Elend I just feel like 300 years is not long enough for them to die out
