Long Game 99: Scourges of the Saturated Seas
Aeternum replied to Sart's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Oh definitely not haha. I understand about half of what everyone says when there's not tons of abbreviations involved (while we're here, what does FNG mean? And the flipping thing is getting me a bit confused if anyone would care to explain it). My TJ vote was also out of thinking I need to vote every day, so I just kinda picked whatever was the most recent vote and went with it. I think Drake said TJ, then a bunch of posts later that weren't votes, I also said TJ. Yeah I went for a zephyr last night after everyone was asking why I didn't go for a spore on the first day, but I'm not sure what to do with it. The spores are kind of overwhelming for me. Which sounds bad, but this is my first game so it's hard enough to try to keep up with everyone, not to mention the spores and all the possibilities with them. "Fine" more like "if I tip the vote and it's wrong, they're gonna kill me tomorrow". If it all hadn't happened so late, I might've picked a side, but that didn't happen. If I say please don't, will you reconsider -

Long Game 99: Scourges of the Saturated Seas

Now I'm not sure if I should vote because I don't want to tiebreaker the wrong one. Ah I'm indescive. I'm inclined to trust Kas and just go Faerie, but originally I was thinking RBM made more sense. -
Jumped off a ledge in a playground, landed perfectly, broke my leg. If you could change your eye color to anything, what color eyes would you have?

I like stabbing people with spikes too I do agree with what you said, though. Perhaps if it was more consentual?
-
I can't say I did, but that is hilarious. TPBM likes eating sugar cubes.
-
I like it! Is he able to make the fog into a physical barrier? Also don't forget that most Epics tend to murder their family iirc. This is perfect for her!

There's flavors? Is that like Oreo and such? Honestly I could go for a Blizzard right now. Would you rather live somewhere with a lot of snow or only sun?

Long Game 99: Scourges of the Saturated Seas

TJ vote was mostly because I thought I had to vote and just went with one of the other voters. Was told first day votes were generally just pointing fingers at random, as wel. Terrible excuse, I'm aware. -
I have not! TPBM likes pencils.

What you're saying makes sense, but this is off the assumption there was no kill from the elims, right? Option B there does also make sense. I don't like option B because it implicates me . I'm kind of just keeping to myself because I feel way out of my depth next to y'all. TJ kill seems like bad decision from elims to me, but no kill from the elims would be surprising imo, there's three of them and I doubt the team is made of only inexperienced people. -

Ignore this if you don't care about the Reckoners RP:
Sorry for slow replies to Reckoners RP.
Will probably be dropping Parry. Not a huge fan of him right now + it doesn't work well with the quicker, shorter posts from the two he's interacting with. This also lets me pick up on a new character idea haha. And I need to revamp Fish's powers again due to the mega difference between him and Sundew.

Know how to, yes, but it often poorly translates because I'm super un-artistic. TPBM has 3 syllables in their name.

Can I ask what CW stands for? Still getting used to everything. Does the crimson theory mean that something happened to the elim kill? Or am I getting really mixed up haha. -
Nope. Not a night owl either. I'm perpetually sleepy. TPBM writes poetry.
-
Nope, I don't remember when I started reading his books though. TPBM lives on Earth.
-
Not really. TPBM was up late last night.

The gravity Epic (Fish thinks his name is Aries, but he’s not completely sure) seems very tense. Not much confidence with that one. Fish is half-listening to them both ramble about plants and Sundew. He’s more concerned about the fact that Swordfish wants in on a dangerous assignment. Fish would live if Sundew attacked them, but the others definitely wouldn’t. Actually… that could be one way to get rid of his sparking protégé. Fish has almost taken a liking to the younger Epic, though. It would be a shame to waste such potential. He had figured that Swordfish would later on become in charge of the security perimeter around the floating city, which would also satisfy the AHE and keep Swordfish away from Fish. Swordfish had also mentioned that he thinks the illusionist ran off to Sundew’s side. Unlikely, in Fish’s opinion. Sundew would never team up with a weakling like Mesmerize. Plus, Fish doubts he’d have any trouble killing Mesmerize if it came to fighting. The illusionist’s power doesn’t match up well against Fish. Now, about that gravity Epic. A potentially useful person to bring along to a meeting with Sundew. Fish just doesn’t think he should because he’ll seem weak if he brings more than one or two others. He’s already pushing it with bringing Plastique along, but he’s got a plan for why she’ll be there. All her talking may as well be put to use. Fish decides that the best course of action is to send Swordfish and the gravity Epic off to deal with any of the plants left in his territory currently, and go with just Plastique. Swordfish will be disappointed. Fish doesn’t care. Decision made. He snaps his fingers. “You. Gravity Epic. Aries, right?” He doesn’t give the Epic time to respond. “You and Swordfish will go find all these plants and remove them.” @xariori @Scars of Hathsin ----------------------------- Is it too late to just walk away? Parry doesn’t want to be here anymore. He has a bad feeling about these two. “I’m Parry,” Parry says, not surprised that they didn’t pick up on it the first time he said it – powerful Epics often don’t care about minor details until they want to know. “Are you in charge here?” A risky question to ask, but Parry would prefer to know if this is who he would have to work for. After the last city… he would rather know now than later. Even if it backfires.

Long Game 99: Scourges of the Saturated Seas

To be honest, I completely forgot I could take one! -
Fish can’t decide is Swordfish or Plastique has been more annoying today. First Plastique wanted in, and now Swordfish? It’s probably not worth it to bring Swordfish along, but with AHE this AHE that, Fish definitely has to bring Swordfish along. Sparks. Now he’ll have two half-wits who will inevitably screw things over with Sundew. “If Mesmerize is missing then why aren’t you on it already?” Fish asks. “Weren’t you on a job together?” Hopefully Swordfish will just leave and deal with Mesmerize, giving Fish a convenient excuse to not bring him along. Fish will simply “forget” to tell him. A good solution. Suddenly, there's a shout behind him. “Fish!” He turns to see who it is, more exasperated than startled. Why does everyone have to bother him today? Sparking people. It’s that gravity Epic that Fish never remembers the name of, looking like he just sprinted here. If that Epic tries to join in on Fish’s meeting with Sundew, Fish will probably kill him and throw his body into the lake. He crosses his arms. “This better be important.” ------------------------------- He isn’t sure if it’s a good idea to disclose his status as an Epic, but he’s worried the fire Epic will just kill him if he says he isn’t. Parry has met many Epics that are like that, and he's hoping to avoid them. “I am an Epic,” He says, taking another half-step back.

No, mostly because I don't like em. TPBM would adopt 8 cats if given the chance.
