I'll have to defer to @Aeoryi to see if that's allowed. Time powers are generally a bit iffy. I'm ok with the idea of a 1-2 second pause, which would basically grant him a short-distance blink ability, or something similar to a speed boost ability. As long as there's limits on how many people he can bring along with the small time glitch (like he has to be touching a person or object for it to be brought along), I think it could be fine? For the second part where his power pauses him, how would that work from an outside perspective? The second part is the only thing that I'm not 100% sure on.

It's my only language. People who learn English as a second language are actually so cool because how did you just not give up after seeing a word like yacht (I had to google how to spell that). TPBM would divide by zero.

I have a great idea for a second character to support Fish . How are we looking for factions? I know there's Fish and Ignis, and a Reckoners group. Anyone else? Sounds good!

Love that idea (STAY AWAY FROM FISH. DON'T SNIPE HIM)! Would be interesting to see him fight a precog, but alas, precogs are banned (I think). Yes, you can have multiple Epics! As long as you can keep track of all your characters, you can have as many as you want (although lemme tell you, 4 is a lot when they all have separate interactions to write). WE WILL BE THE BIGGEST!!! In all seriousness though, I'd expect Fish's faction to end up being the largest because he's such a nice guy (we'll see about that) and pretty powerful. And yes he'll pay you. @Aeoryi Is Sundew joining Fish, or is she going to be a thorn in Fish's side (haha get it?) JOIN US! You can also always be a havoc-causing, new faction dropping in to make everyone's lives more exciting too! Unfortunately, we can't all be with Fish's faction (taking faction name request right now)

YAY!! Fish's School of Fishies?? Strikes fear into the hearts of all who hear about them! I was going to call Fish's headquarters the Aquarium originally... Also, I have added Aeo's character Sundew to the approved characters list (because she was previously approved by the old RP and Aeo is too busy gaming to send it here ).

JOIN FISH! We have: unlimited power, no faction name yet (it'll be super cool I promise), and cookies! Yup! Also, you're welcome to start as factionless and just go around causing havoc, or maybe you'll get an irresistible offer and join someone later on! Nothing is unbalanced compared to what I can come up with . That's just fine by me, and makes perfect sense.
