  1. If e!Wahr, pool dilution can be done by either alignment's death imo. They will probably mix it up, not only through but we might have to be wary of bussing during the day as well in case we become certain of someone's elimness later. v!Wahr is more likely to lead to v!Ash than not. There is as possibility they would want to kill e!Ash anyway to avoid clearing a bunch of village but we have to see if that's the strategy they are going with. There is a thought here that the elims simply did not know there was an elim kill in N1. It is more likely than normal because D1 was no vote and usually there are no kills in games before the voting begins. It is also a valid strategy to wait and see what happens in D2 before starting the kills. They might think along the lines of "wait to see who gets eliminated to decide on the strat", so a deliberate no-kill to just wait and decide (and not because they specifically want to limit info) is also a valid strategy to keep in mind. edit: i just realised the last paragraph was essentially what Wonko said here, this is what i get not posting before reading the thread >> I think I'm considerably good with moderate village reads on Wonko and Mistfallen.
  2. Okay, I'm (somewhat) back. RP-heavy games are usually quite hard for me to get into and this is a bit more because I'm playing catch up. I have since decided to go off purely on vibes for now, until I can devote the mental capacity to read the thread properly. Given the barest minimum of skim-read of the thread and I do have a reads list for yous. I agree with everything Archer says in this post, except - Coder - No real reads Coco - Village but not for the same reasons; I do think that an elim is capatable of slipping up the no-NK plan, especially if the plan happens after then slipped up in thread but their vibes/posts read village to me Wahr - Disagree entirely with the village read. I think there is a distinct difference with the way Coco and Wahr approach this whole no-NK thing. Wahr puts it forward as a way to combat the throw-the-cycle-to-form-trust-circle idea given by Wonko. Also, I did not particularly like the counter vote on Archer. Invoking last game is usually an elim move, where elims like to draw similarity to the games they were village in. Leaning evil, here. Doc - No read Divergent - I think there is something really weird/off happening with Divergent and/or Hael but I'm not exactly able to point it out. In addition, I remember village-reading Araris and then walking it back for some reason so he is in the middle right now. This is mostly where I'm at, agree with the Mistfallen village read. I'd give Archer a village read as well. Rollover is at 3am for me, so this is me also signing off but I should be consistently in the game now.
  3. Proof of life update: Spontaneous out-of-town plans further kept me away from the game. But I'm back now, and there shouldn't be anything else keeping me from getting involved and catching up on the game, except sleep. I'm sorry again, but expect to hear back from in ~16 hours. [@Amanuensis]
  4. Hey, sorry guys. I'm quite busy right now. Looking to get into the game in about ~20 hours.
  5. Sign me up! I have no idea about Zelda as well, so give me a character/cosmetic role and I'll try to play them.
  6. Very interesting, I always like games with alternate wincons. Thoughts/questions below - Firstly, any particular reason you want to run it as a QF? This is bit more than your run-of-the-mill game, and I think it will benefit both the players, and you as the GM to be given a bit of breathing space. I think this game would work perfect as MR. My opinion would be to not include conversion in this game. You would not want too many elements to complicate your game just for complexity's sake. Currently, Journey Counter is being affected only by Navigator (and Alendi). This would put one aspect of the wincon only on these roles, and then the game would revolve around trying to distribute (Distro) the Navigator evenly. You might need to bring another source which alters the Journey Counter. It could be something as simple as "executing village decreases the Journey Counter by 1, whereas executing an elim increases the Journey Counter by 1". Perhaps some limit on the number of times this can be used by the Navigator may be helpful as well. Why would Alendi need to decrease the Journey Counter? It's not quite clear from the 'in lieu of' line, but I assume players can only take 1 action per cycle, unless otherwise mentioned. Make sure to decide and include if elim kill is consider one of these actions per cycle. Regarding the number of elims, you will have to wait to see the player count, and best discuss it with the IM of your game, or your co-GM if you have one.
  7. Yeah, I'm good to go as the main rep if Mistfallen wants to back up.
  8. Forgot to mention but a warm welcome to @coco.pudding, @Qianweilian and @Wahrheitswächter! Really impressed with your play, guys. I hope you all stick around and join us for the next game!
  9. GG elims! Really wonderful Elim play @Doc12! I always think we should interact more but I got killed early this game :P. Also, I want to be a neutral/SK again smh, it's been a while >>
  10. Yeah, I think I'm finally free enough to do it. I accept the nomination. In turn, I nominate @The Unknown Medallion.
  11. I'm actually voting on mippo, for the same reasons you mentioned in your post before under mippo actually. I did have a gut evil read on Honors Ghost, but I suppose I don't get the reasoning of voting on both the trains but y'all don't need my help to kill HG, and I'll be on mippo in case anyone wants switch. Off to sleep now, cya!
  12. There's a difference between Spren and Inspiring vote manip. Spren targets a player and votes on them anonymously (essentially adding +1 to their train), whereas Inspiring's action makes their target's vote double. As such, the vote on Wage can only be from a Spren. Now, the question is - was it from Drake or from some other Spren?
  13. Elims can either kill or convert, not do both. Since we have not had any evidence of a protected kill, we can just assume that a convert either went off or was attempted. Given that Mistfallen was under danger, it'd make sense for them to get a convert in as well. @Akimikoisthecutest, whom did you target to prevent their conversion? I disagree regarding mippo, I think their vote on Archer reads as quite abrupt and distance-y.
  14. I'm still leaning towards it being way too early in the game for them to post reads on the entire player list. There's also the the fact that they did not defend themselves with the argument you are making which hints to me that they were approaching this in a different way than you are.
  15. I'm do not want to jump the gun on them because we should not punish aggressive plays either, and like, what reasons do they have to attack TOW like that? Because the only one who was in danger at the time was Wahr, which would hint at Wahr-Aki team. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt. Their defensiveness now seems similar in how they felt like Zebra defending themselves in the AG. I think I'm happy with my vote, and heading to sleep right now.
  16. a. People can be suspicious of aggressive gameplays, and that is valid on their part. They are not voting on your purely on tone, they don't think it makes sense for the tone to be matched with this state of the game. b. The day has not stalled in any sense of the word. c. Having a consensus is not necessarily is a good thing. Runaway trains are a lot harder to analyse/easier for elims to hide in than a more distributed vote spread. May I ask where was this in the AG? Quartz Zebra definitely felt different. Any reason why the AG might have been different?
  17. Other than Mistfallen Soldier? Mild gut e-read on Honors Ghost. Don't really have any solid village reads so far. @Akimikoisthecutest, it's totally okay that some players are taking it easy in C1, it's not really evil behavior. However, I will concede that deflecting from suspicion is evil, but I don't really get the feeling that this is what TOW is doing here. @ThatOneWorldhopper, I think initially Akimiko just wanted to know what you thought of Jo's suspicion on you, and not expecting you to do analysis posts.
