  1. Most likely it's because their sprens are bigger. If you gave investiture to a gloryspren until it became sapient you'd most likely get a Radiant with physical Adhesion and physical Tension and not both the spiritual and physical version as Boundsmiths do. The "speak for honour" part is unique to the Stormfather and comes from the fact that he's a Sliver of Honour (and even bigger than the Sibling or the Unmades)
  2. Kelsier's survival had nothing to do with a Dawnshard it's just that things that are very invested can say longer/forever. Basically Kelsier became the Preservation version of an Herald Then there'd be far more than four Dawnshards
  3. I don't see when I suggested OP had suggested Honour's death was a long thing. I'm saying Brandon said it did
  4. If Honour had broken broken an oath his death would have been nearly instantaneous, not over the course of centuries.
  5. Probably because for Sprens to be able to think straight they need to be bounded to someone who think straight and a Singer without a lesser spren doesn't think straight.
  6. Interesting. Maybe they would end up with the Dev/Dom interpretations of the Surges instead of the Honour/Cultivation ones?
  7. Actually it happens between SA5 and SA6
  8. Roshar is the only known place in the Cosmere where there's more Hoid lover than Hoid haters^^ Oof
  9. I don't see how it does
  10. Not for Shins
  11. Oh that's interesting. Skybreakers can swear themself to thing like a gang's honour code so I guess another order's code wouldn't be impossible, the other spren's type would most likely influence what can be chosen as a crusade or not (a cultivationspren might not agree with Szeth one for example) and there's the issue of what freeing yourself of the crutch of the 3rd oath in order to get the 5th would mean in that case but it might work. I don't remember anything about powers but you could make them manifest as Shardblades or use them in Fabrials. The Heirocracy editing every existing documents will do that Before the Recreance sprens merged with their Radiant's just as much as they do now but there were no deadeyes. A popular theory is that it's because they were all bounded the the Nahel Spren (BAM) if it's the case then a spren bounded to two Radiants would most likely not become deadeyes. They would probably still be hurt so for spren with a stable radiant like Syl it would be a danger but for someone like Nale's Highspren it could be worth it
  12. It is not confirmed. If there is a perpendicularity there it'd most likely be Adonalsium's one not Odium's
  13. Their less dangerous than a Fullborn or a 10th heightening awakener
  14. BAM managed to do a weaker version of that with all the Singers so I wouldn't be surprised if a Godspren could bound two radiants. For the other sprens I suppose it'd depends on how much the bound is restrictive, Honourspren has to stay very close to their radiants at the lower oaths so I suppose for them it require a very tight bound that would be hard to share but it doens't seem to be the same with Szeth Highsprens so maybe for them it would work? Triple bound, don't forget the devotionspren Not many mention of people bounding one spren too though I'd have said the opposite, it's likely if one Radiant were to break their oaths the bound with the other Radiant would protect the spren. Actually I suspect Szeth's spren could be Nale's spren trying to prepare herself for when Nale breaks his oaths/when she has to break their bound
  15. Hence why they're asking to ping him on reddit
  16. Of course we didn't chose the same version of the thread to answer too. I'll just put what I said in the other one here
  17. Maybe reading the hearts of men? We know Taravangian is unable to do that. (and assumes Cultivation has the same issue)
  18. I'm choosing both Beyoundism and The Path at once, The Path's tenets are basically "be a good person" and "speak to Harmony at least once a day" so I don't think they're incompatible For Sel there's Shai (who calls them the Unknown God) and on Scadrial there Wayne but I don't remember anyone talking about the God Beyond on Roshar @Knight of Iron You should had Trellism (the religion of the Set) it has significant differences with the original Trellism (for starter Trell is almost certainly not the same person)
  19. People will only see him as unredeemable until Brandon change their mind. I mean he's never done anything worse than what Rashek. Ruin was deaf and Preservation mute, maybe Odium is blind?
  20. This is empty
  21. Except Syl, the Godsprens, maybe Szeth's Highspren and maybe Cusicesh, yes.
  22. One no but seventeen?
  23. I'm honestly slightly worried by the fact Valour seems to want to see Hoid more than he wants to see her You're probably focussing on Windrunners too much, Skybreakers are not really aligned with Valour while Kelsier is more aligned with Valour than Honour
