This sentence describe something like a 3rd of fantasy book, including some far older than Star Wars.
-
He also has at least 200 Breaths, Yolish lightweaving, Unsealed metalminds, that weird "I'll always be there when I'm needed" oath, Dawnsliver side effect and a Seon bond. Except the Seon bond none should hinder him while moving offworld and for some reason the Seon bound don't hinder worldhoping as much as other spren bounds

The sprens are splinters and therefore not a part of the Shard anymore, if they still were they'd be Avatars The SF said he was seeing the white lines so that's a fair assumption
-
So they were not literally children but where children compared to him, got it
-
And he means a rule confirmed by Brandon, not a rule people believes in-universe
-
Wait, they were children?

Have you read the Traveler?, it's set on Era1 Yolen and as you can see is very much not on Roshar I wouldn't say we have seen part Dysian people, part Lanceryn Dysian maybe but not the opposite Axies is about as much of Whimsy as Shallan Ok, that was not a very good counter argument The issue with Celebration and Mourining is they don't fit well in modern Shard-Dawnshard theories, which require the two unknown Shard to be aspects of Survive 1. If they are the building block of life, which Dawnshard takes care of creating Sentience/Sapience? 2. Everything that Divide can do, Change can do better 3. Any Shard-Dawnshard theory using Divide require Ruin not to be an aspect of Change, which is absurd Ruin is basically Irreversibility (to be exact it's Entropy) If a Dawnshard was in the SF Honour wouldn't have consider it lost 1. Vstim doesn't have sivler eyes (not a very strong argument, I know) 2. Vstim was surprised by the Dawnshard being real 3. Frost is non-interventionist If Kelsier is a Dawnshard he only became one after SH Well that's my new anti-OTP I hope you meant of Leechers? One thousand actually, also Nihtblood is made of steel and H-steel become basically useless after the fourth spike I can personnaly attest this information is crem 1. The rule of the duel means Gavinor can't be Odium' champion 2. What's biblical about a guy killing he's nephew? My money is on Gavilar, as we know he thought he'd survive getting killed and Dalinar fighting Gavilar would break his old oath of never hurting him. That'd be Valour not Honour

Once he figures how too bring truesprens off world he'll find how to bring lesser sprens in no time. It's probably the exact same method

It's likely Hoid already has sworn his 4th Truth but he doesn't really count so you're probably right

There's only 10 surge for 16 shards
-
Firstly so that they stop helping Honour and Cultivation, the current Moelach is rather useless but the original may have been a very strong seer.
-
I mean, I don't even believe Rayse when he says he created the Unmade. It's more likely they were made my either Adonalsium or H&C and he corrupted them. Especially for BAM
-
Techincally, Ruin is still a threat to everything even though it's contained for now. Also, with how mad Ishar is he could think Harmony is currently Discord.
-
I think what he did was just fusing Dom and Dev
-
I remember the Sibling saying he stopped hearing the Rhythm of Science after BAM's capture but nothing about Odium's Rhythm
-
Yes and no Honour's is there because Honour is still there, albeit broken. Do we have confirmation Odium's tone only became a true tone after BAM was bound?
-
Why? When Devotion died it only created something like a hundred Seons and there are far more windsprens than that Isn't the earth's density higher than average for a telluric planet? Are a phenomenon common to every planet with a Shard Existed before Adonalsium's death I don't see any reason to think that Yes, the reason Dom and Dev aren't is because contrary to Honour they didn't have an efficient "pressure release" valve (the sprens) and they kind of exploded in the CR Yes, it is.
-
They can bleed but they can't bleed to death, if Hemalurgy required blood contact the would.
-
When it's in a Kandra for starter
-
Of course when you put it that way
-
Oh, I had misread what you had said. I thought you claimed having a spren taking interest made the idea of living up to the words pop into the radiant's head. Yes, the thing happening with Galivar is that he never started to live up to the words and went to purse Unity in the way of Dominion instead of Honour's one. Which is why the Lopen and Venli sometimes swear oaths that get refused
-
The fact that you're "ripping of" the setting and not the events means you're probably fine, especially since you described it in a way "I use these tropes that these other works also used" way.

What I mean is that since everything is investiture, every stone is made of investiture and is therefore linked to one or multiple Shards, on Scadrial they're linked to Harmony, on Nalthis to Endowment and on Roshar to H, C and O. My point in calling the explosion intentless investiture is more about the energy being intentless than it being pure investiture Ruin is the second principle of thermodynamics, it's change because that principle describe a change, it's irreversibility because the condition for a reversible change as constrained by the 2nd principle is unfeasible in practice, it's decay and the acceptance that all things must pass because what else can happen if entropy gets increased until no movement is possible? If we want a pure opposite of Ruin we need something that break the 2nd principle, which Preservation don't and Annulation can do
