Dang, now you got me wondering if he was bonded to a Seon...

I mean, let's iterate through the logic. 1. Shards can see the future. Some are quite good at it in fact. (Preservation, Cultivation, for example.) 2. Future sight interferes with other future seers. (Renarin interfering with Odium, for example.) Therefore 3. If all (or an immense majority) of the magical future seeing is being done by Adonalsium as a single superinvested entity, then there should be little to no interference, and he should be able to foresee the shattering and which shards would go where and pair up. So yes, I do believe Ado knew that he/it would be Shattered and that the shatterers would take up the Shards and go places with them, and he knew which Shards would go where.

Well given that the Surge of Transformation can apparently Unmake the Sibling when fueled with Voidlight, and Shallan is going on the expedition to recover B-A-M...
-
Yeah, I'm 90% sure the ENTIRE Rosharan System, from the sun to the gas giants to the moons, were all just created and structured by Adonalsium.
-
Found a WoB directly disproving such a position.
-
For my own personal sanity I'm just gonna invoke Occam's Razor and believe that yes, Adonalsium did forsee this particular triad of Shards settling on Roshar, and made the moons these colors in anticipation of them.

I believe he had a proto-bond with the Stormfather, which might have given him precious few seconds to be picked out in the CR by... something...

It's destructive interference, if we go down a mild quantum rabbit-hole, then it's related to how matter and antimatter destructively interfere and release energy in other quantum fields (such as electromagnetic radiation i.e. photons I.E LIGHT, HMMM). So if Connection has vibration related to the Intent of the Investiture being transmitted through it, then making a perfectly out-of-phase vibration would silence the Investiture coming through it, halting any ability reliant on that Connection. Like if you were able to make a perfectly out of phase electrical signal on a phone line, it would go silent, as long as you could make the signal equally strong as the original. And I think that's where the limits of just singing an antitone lies: one human is not going to be able to overpower the Voice of a Shard. If Odium was paying attention to Moash and knew what was going on, he would almost certainly be able to overpower Navani's initial singing of the antitone and reinvigorate moash's emptiness.

Storm it, I wish I had one more rep point for today.

I doubt the latter part can be done, simply because the metals are keys to specific powers. BUT... I do think that a Compounder could store their allomantic effect inside a metalmind, since it's the same metal, and then that reservoir of allomancy would be subject to the same properties as a reservoir of Feruchemical power, i.e. could be drawn out very gently or very forcefully, allowing more precise power output than just "normal" and "flaring" or whatever, kind of like what Zane managed, but with the innate precision of Feruchemy.

I feel like if you had tiny gems filled with anti-stormlight and they managed to get inside the Radiant via "bullet" penetration, that it would react accordingly to any normal stormlight they were holding... Maybe.

Pseudo lightweaver... neat. -
You could probably get away with homebrewing this for Cogent RPG... It's a very freeform system, but effective.

What's some interesting lore surrounding the Final Empire?

Oh hey, me too! -
Indeed. Well, it's sorted out properly now.

Okay but he's still not a Cadmium Allomancer. That's then why I flipped Slider and Pulser.

I'm pretty sure Surgebinding is just the catch-all term for "Magic from the Rosharan Solar System". I mean, come on, Rosharan humans call all birds chickens and all small crustaceans Cremlings... Would it be that big of a stretch to say they call all magical powers Surges? So "Ashynite Surgebinding" might not even stem from the "10 Surges" that modern Surgebinding uses... Or it does, but the access mechanism was not bonding with a Spren, as we know that came after the Heralds. I do think that the Surges are accessible from all planets in the Rosharan System, though.

One of my minor crackpot hypotheses is that Adonalsium itself will not be reformed as we understand it to have been formed before the Shattering. I believe it may be that the Shards will be recombined into two, maybe 4 "gods" that have a specific mix of the 16 Shards split between them to balance them in particular ways.
-
Also wayne isn't a Cadmium allomancer, he's Bendalloy; a Pulser, not a Slider. So the connection between that and Edgedancers/abrasion is even more sketchy and tenuous.

I think Anti-Investiture is not naturally occuring... At least not in modern epochs of the Cosmere. It would have all been wiped out before, in the Cosmere big bang, leaving the leftover extra Investiture.

Easier solution: Teach Dalinar the anti-voidlight Rhythm and tone.

Interesting... Perhaps. I can't really say I have much evidence to conclusively prove it either way.
