  1. Gladly Damaya saw that Yzabet took the crazy one over. "You asked about the spren under the table earlier." she said to Araha, without taking her eyes from Ioc and Yzabet in case something went wrong there. "I don't know as much about them as Yzabet does, but maybe I could answer a few questions. About the spren I mean. I'm not really good with the rest." She hesitated. "I just wanted to offer, because I ended our conversation so abrublty earlier. Later I mean, once everything here has calmed down a bit?"
  2. I support that notion to 100%. Something will go terribly wrong in the end.
  3. Sry I like Shai a lot (although it is a though question ^^) Are you interessted in role playing?
  4. @Ruin's Scariest Koloss Which character did you like best?
  5. Thank you. We didn't had any oaths, so I was interessted.
  6. I agree that we can be left with a destroyed Cosmere at the end. Or maybe he only destroys part of it (end of SA?) and keeps the rest. As sad as that would be, I can definitly see the plot going there. What I'm not sure about is the whole "we have one big antagonist" thing. I don't think the Cosmere needs one sole ntagonist. I can see Hoid becoming an antagonist, he would be perfect for that, and partially already is. But I am not sure if he will become the sole, bad guy. There are a lot of others around that have to potential to make a great antagonist (e.g. Kelsier, Odium, Mraize, ...) and I feel like having several "good" guys and several "bad" guys would be more interessting, than the classical: "everybody works together to kill the big sole antagonist". And it could be way more devastating for the world. Only my opinion, there isn't any evidence pointing this way.
  7. When he turned to give the roses to his beloved she was gone.
  8. Damaya stepped backwards, eyeing the knives, and the blood running down his hands, dripping onto the floor. She tweaked herself, hoped to wake up from this nightmare, but nothing changed. Keeping close to Araha she kept quiet and let the other woman do the talking. It wouldn't help if the both asked him to do the same thing. Coru left his place on her arm and settled on her skirt, obviously trying to see what was going on, without her noticing, as Damaya still stared at the knives in disbelief.
  9. ChanarachVedelPaliahBattahKalakKwaanYesteel Eliminated Raoden's mother, because she live at court and has to know a lot of gossip. Who is most likely to freeze to death?
  10. People liked what you've done and that's it. Be happy about the compliment (not that you can change it... and sadly I also upvoted already...)
  11. It would make sense for Mraize to be Head of Information, or something along that line, as we know, that his power originates mostly from information and knowledge. Until now he didn't display any signs, that he is able to use magic on his own (without an artefact,...). Therefore, in a world in which so many people have access to investiture and use it actively, he needs other skills/ knowledge to rely on.
  12. That's pretty cool! Which Dan (=degree of the black belt, we call it Dan) were you at, if it's okay for you to tell?
  13. A spren. Then I could try to find a victim to bond me. Would you rather fight a knight of crystallia or a trapper?
  14. He was more of a side character. But I enjoyed his scenes, as he was funny and offered a different pov.
  15. I like Tom. You can't really compare these two settings...
  16. I'm tired - and I just got up -.-
  17. "Hmmm...goats" - Pattern "Memory is not what the goat desires. That is only a mirror" - Gimli "Freedom is the right to tell goats what they do not want to hear." - George Orwell
  18. Sadly he only found roses and pricked his finger on them.
  19. Granted. But everytime you do, you immediatly forget what the solution was and only remember that you had it solved. I wish to be more confident.
  20. Hello and welcome to the Shard!
  21. They built them a monument and this was remembered as the "striped socks day" for future generations.
  22. That's an interessting line of thought you follow here. And yes, I can see that happen. It would be typical für humans to try and exploit the fact, that everybody gets a free breath at birth. As sad as that it. Actually it would be possible not only the encourage whores to not use protection, but even the other way around. Having a child could be a possible way for a family to support itself for a while, with the child "discarded" after it sold its breath. Or not even a family but an organisation earning money that way: raising a child until it is old enough to speak and give away his/ her breath and then move on to the next one.
  23. Beautiful, freshly knitted socks with red, yellow and pink stripes.
