    Yerik felt a twinge of something. Yerik felt the twinge grow stronger. Was that.. annoyance? Yerik suppressed a smile. Yerik had to bite down on his tongue to avoid smirking All of a sudden, Yerik's magic cut out. The rocking of the ship hit him abruptly, causing him to falter in his step. Just as abruptly, a shock ran through the ship, knocking him sideways into a wall, and the ship's motions ceased. Terakor dropped to the ground, examining the man for injuries.

    I mean, I certainly wouldn't mind getting the vote . I imagine the TD's will nudge the vote to a teammate if they can. Same. Ebony raises his sword in challenge!

    Ebony raised and lowered his arm, feeling the Shardplate respond. Still wasn't totally used to that, even after three months of training. Made him wonder why Sadeas's Slayers had selected him of all people to join their team. Well, whatever the reason, he certainly wasn't going to be complaining. ______________ Are the Training Dummies diagetic? I figured RP-wise it would be a duel between fighters, not a competition to disembowel stuffed sacks.

    Yerik copied her, following each of her stretches as she demonstrated them. Surprisingly, it felt... natural. Not easy, necessarily- he made several mistakes - but he didn't feel like he was stumbling blindly through the dark. Even though he'd never done this before, as far as he could remember.

    TBH this is not the first time something like this has happened. MR40 I had an action scan and hit the elim kill three nights in a row. I died shortly thereafter. It was both more and less stressful than this game: more so because I was dead and there was nothing I could do; and less so because I was dead and there was nothing I could do. I think I'm going to vote Wizard. Striking as I read C3 was Wiz's hesitance to vote Bookwyrm. He offers Book up as an exe, but then immediately pivots to JNV when someone joins him on the train. He then waits until he's the last person (sans Turtle and Books) on the train before finally switching- but, while doing so, ties his suspicion strongly to JNV, ostensibly to push for a MX next cycle. I think I'm going to go to sleep now :P. Good night.

    "Alright then," replied Yerik. Personally, he hoped she would show him the acrobatics she'd shown off during the storm, but they'd probably need to work up to that.

    Yerik shook his head. "No. The shields aren't a solid thing, not really. They're more of a wall of force."

    Yerik scratched his head. "Uh... maybe? I kind of think maybe not, though. I mean, I can move the shields, but I don't think they push on things very well."

    Yerik perked up. "Alright!" He scrambled to his feet, pulling out his knife. "How do I attack?"

    Yerik's shield popped up, cutting off his yelp and stopping the vine in its tracks. The vine punched Yerik in the face before he had time to react, knocking him backwards. "Ow," he said.

    "Get below!" Geff bellowed to the various crewmates, who began making their way below deck. "Nothing left to do but wait it out!" Yerik exhaled deeply, releasing the power he'd forced through the deck. The amulet burned cold around his neck as he followed Hyron and Miyako into the safety of the hold.

    As the trio rode off, Anikel removed a tiny sliver of the material and handed it to Quendi. "As promised." @Channelknight Fadran Yerik watched open-mouthed as Miyako swung from mast to rope, doing the work of half a dozen sailors all by herself. Sparks, he thought, is that something she could teach me? In the distance, lightning flashed. A few seconds later, an ominous rumble rolled over the ship.

    A wave washed over the side of the ship, flooding the deck. Yerik grabbed hold of Hyron's vine, his shield splitting the water around him.
