We now continue where we left off from Part two of "Days of our Lifeless": Roid started to lower his finger and said "I tink that...." When Shqueeves finger immediately shot up pointing to straw to take its place. Roid blinked stupidly for several seconds then remembered he had to say something cause the captain was fingering his sword while looking at him. "I tink that Straw be Idrian or more Idrian than some. Tings do move quick for Roid to understand but he tink the Lopen is right that Devotary say tings, and dont say other tings, to blend in like drab to awakener." Roid nodded "He also was watching with his finger til the very minute final decision made" "Roid is tired now, roid watch people last night and not sleep much now roid sleep" and Roid immediately fell asleep with his finger still pointed at @Devotary of Spontaneity This concludes this weeks episode of "Days of our Lifeless" Tune in next week to find out the important questions like Will the Lifeless come tonight? Will some votes be changed in the morning? How did Roid become a Drab? All these questions will be answered next time on "Days of our Lifeless" I will be up for a bit just so devotary can respond but I do need to go to bed sometime so please be quick if you do

Because I am never going to try to do one of those again I think lol. And dang it squeeves I'm trying to write a proper post

Ok I'm back sorry for the half a post but writing while he is talking to you was putting myself into Roids shoes way too literally. @Drake Marshall can you post peoples RP names in the next player list as wellif its not too much of a bother? finding some of them is kind of hard Current Vote Count: Mac(3): Ripple, Straw, Shqueeves Straw(3): Joe, Mac, Elen Arinian(2): Drought, Mac Shqueeves(3): Devotary, Coop, BR Drought(1): Arinian Devotary(1): Lopen Elenion(1): Ecthelion Rippleglyf(1): Bort ----------- Roid drifted back into focus from his daydream. "Roid got hard time concentrate" Roid said. "Roid agree with the Lopen that Straw response seem Idrian, Roid want to see if Straw run but straw fight, straw not weak" Roid was surprised to see how many fingers had followed his to Straw though. Edit: I am the worst at these vote things it turns out, tune in for part 3 of MM's worst post yet on the hit Idrian Drama "Days of our Lifeless" Edit Edit: I give up I'm too dumb for these vote counts

The room was filled with the constant chatter of discussion. Roid was pleased to hear people talking but Roid's head, well not so much... Roid want real talk, but this much hurt head Roid thought. "Roid need chair to sit" Roid mumbled as he glanced around the room. Unfortunately the only chair not take was the one he smashed yesterday. Roid decided the floor would do just fine as he plopped unceremoniously onto the floor face scrunched up in concentration. Annnnnnd right when I write this much my friend that is the most distracting person came over haha SMH Roid think Straw respond like Idrian not Hallandren Roid thought, Roid also noticed that Coop switched his vote anytime pressure was applied to him, Sal opinion weak but maybe just not like argue, or maybe try to hide? ------- Ok I can't rub two thoughts together until he leaves I will get back on in a bit sorry though @Elenion you gonna vote? Ok ok I have to write one more thing -------- Roid looked to BR "Roid think your last village had real jerks in it"

Ok so my idea is this. I have learned a ton already from various people and just playing, I have learned some things from Orlok, Kas, Alvron, and others (others please dont kill me). But I have learned through observation or asking very specific questions abotu why they do something. I think there is a way to make it so that we could help develop the meta, get new people involved and have fun at the same time. And that way is through mentor Games! You pair newer or brand new players with a single mentor, this mentor would only have the one person they were with and would not be in charge of modding the game in any way either because we want the trainee to learn how to recognize patterns, or logic fallacies, or one of the other aspects of the game. The pair would communicate through either a doc or PM's (or maybe even discord) and analyze posts and such. I could see this working really well with anonymous accounts as a two person team with hopefully the mentor not just taking over, Or just a sort of mentor pokemon battle where they give advice and teach but leave the actual playing to the trainees. I know I would personally enjoy this because I see how people talk about Wilson never being tricked in docs, I have observed Orlok dissect things into tiny little pieces. And I have heard stories about players I have never heard of except just in passing in the AG game. I know this would not be an easy suggestion and it could be controversial based on the mentor/mentee pairings and I certainly don't know all that it would take to make this work, but I do know it would be fun

@Coop772 Oh I'm not defending him,... well I guess I kind of indirectly am... but I'm saying if you look at his posts in QF29 he kind of just does whatever by the seat of his pants. I haven't played with him much but as I said in RP though that doesn't mean he isn't an elim now but voting for him because he doesn't defend himself in a constructive manner would be like lynching Orlok for using analysis. Maybe I'm wrong though and people that have played more games with Arinian can tell me if I am and I will back down and shut up. All I'm saying is I would prefer something a bit more concrete and to have a better discussion on day two of this rather than all hopping on the arinian train and not finding out anything if he does flip villager. ---- "Roid tink Arinian weak in head" Roid thought a moment before speaking. "Roid tink @Ariniansay things then think after... or maybe no think at all" Roid shrug. "Roid work once with him is all. Roid say to Sal what Roid say to Sark'lin." Roid paused at that. "Sark'lin, what words did Roid say to you? Roid forget" Roid scratched his head. "Roid just think that multiple people pointed at means better talking, one person with many points at not as good, unless definitely is Hallandren then all should point, but Roid not sure that Arinian is Hallandren with the current talk so Roid want different points. Yes this what Roid tinks" Roid nodded
-
Definately... though I don't think Roid can haha. Your posts have a LOT of information even on the tiniest things which isn't necessarily a bad thing it could very well be your play style But I get suspicious when I see it because I know that I tend to do a lot of analysis when I was an elim to try to get people to chase different threads. I was just saying it makes me suspicious which is why I am not voting for you yet. As for Arinian... well I haven't played much with him but it seems like he doesn't often put up a defense, at least not a great one, he didnt in the last QF so I guess unfortunately to me it is NAI right now. ------- Roid looked confused "What you mean by what Roid mean? Roid say you talk much but say small things, you try to distract Roid! You think Roid is not smart?" Roid face turned slighly dark at mentioning this. "Roid's head not void! Roid is smart, ROID NOT DUMB!" Roid screamed.

"Roid been listening some, Roid think that Drought speak much but say little. Roid want listen to deep talk about few people not shallow talk about many, too easy to distract Roid" Roid grumbled. "Roid not want to point finger at Drought though cause people already point, Roid think other pointing make good talking" at this Roid stood up "Roid point the finger at Straw, Roid think that Straw avoid talk and afraid of Roid crushing him, and Roid want to know why @Straw point at Rand and stay point all time." @RippleGylf"Roid do battle with Arinian before, he talk silly things before too but he not Hallandren, but Roid not sure if Hallandren now so Sark'lin do what she want" Roid shrug
-
@RippleGylf yeah I can't blame you for placing a vote on me, and it's true that I posted with 5 mins left in the cycle but yeah thats not a lot of time(though I started the post when there was 14 mins left, I just spent way to long on trying to write the post and still didn't do a great job on it). And it is a good point that I only brought up protecting rand specifically today, I will admit out of the two I felt more certain about Rand's villageness, but I didn't get an elim feel from mac necessarily so I didn't want to vote for him. So my hope was that some captain would try to protect someone but now I realize that they wouldn't do that because the way it would look (Am I IKYKing yet). Anyways I'm sorry, not for voting on you, but for how I voted for you. And just because my vote on Devotary was worthless at end of cycle isn't a good excuse. But I promise to give you much more warning time if I vote on you in the future (unless it is an obvious Elim hammer trying to save you then no promises :P) ------- Roid felt weak, weaker than even a Hallandren. OK maybe not THAT weak, but weak like soldiers first time on battlefield, weak like never having seen death before, and scared to die. Roid put someone else into a game and didn't protest when that game turned deadly. Roid even thought it good that Sarcoline was there cause less likely to hit people he think less weak. Roid walked shoulders slumped over to Sarcoline. "Roid sorry to Sark'lin, Roid was coward and weakling, Roid take the finger point from Sark'lin"

Welcome to the shard! It's a good question from the coppermind wiki here we know that So with the gripping of the slickest walls part I would say she definitely can increase friction though I'm not sure she realizes it yet. as for your walking on air I have no idea though that is an interesting point because she does seem to have an affect on air drag so it stands to reason that she should be able to slow her descent drastically though I'm not sure about stopping or standing on air as that is a LOT of force.

:'( This makes me sad but I do understand as I know I spend too much time on here for real life productivity sometimes... and stay up until midnight on a workday for a rollover... yeah I'm dumb. Also I'm not sure if this is the right place to post it but I have had an idea forming in my head that I thought might help grow/strengthen the community a bit where would I share the idea?
-
"Roid assume that if man save own life, he thinks that we kill him next day. And if he claim in self defense then Cowardly Hallndren kill instead." Roid looks around confused "Roid wonder where Lifeless are, did hallandren decide no kill noone or did lifeless try to take dead rand, and get confused by death?" @RippleGylf "Roid sorry that he point at you at very end, Roid thought rand might die from not luck from Hallendren silktongue changing someones vote and Roid liked Rand." ------ Let me know if roids sentences are a bit too thick to understand. But I am interested that there didnt seem to be an elim kill last night and maybe it is for the reasons people laid out last cycle with the game meta theorizing. Gone to meetings throughout the day today but I will try to check in at lunch
-
Well things are getting down to the wire on this cycle and I dont have time to do RP justice. I hate day one lynchs because there are so many unknowns especially for the village. The one thing that makes me nervous is there are only two people with two votes now according to my claculation which means one well placed vote manip could guarantee a kill on whihcever one the elims could prefer. Right now it looks like it is going to be me Devotary and Ripplegylf on for the turn over so I will place my vote on Ripple for several reasons. First they are on so they can respond and defend themselves quickly Two it makes the lynch less manipulable to the exact desire the elims want and lastly because I find that at least one elim usually watches roll over to make sure things are going smoothly and devotary is safely out of my reach with just my vote anyways which just leaves Ripple. Are these crappy reasons yes... I agree they are but I don't like the feeling I'm getting right now so there is that. Edit: Joe in the bush just got on too for posterities record

Roid was getting tired they have been doing the finger pointing nearly all night long and though the fingers have changed their targets Roid was still being accused. He wasn't sure what else to say besides he would rather exist as lifeless than to live a Hallandren... maybe he should say that. "Roid choose lifeless over Hallandren". Hmm that sounded better in his head. Roid did get a general feeling that Lopen wasn't a Hallendren spy and this early on Feeling is all he could base off of. "Roid think Lopen is less weak than some, and Hallandren are weakest of weak". Roid though about pointing his finger to living but he seemed distracted by the events of the day and did not seem to be voting out of malice. "Roid keep eye on you @livinglegend" Roid looked at the other people with votes. Rand didn't seem overly suspicious, Mac... well Roid thought he might be broke in the head but not necessarily Hallendren. Roid looked at @Devotary of Spontaneity, the other person pointing finger at him. "You said that Roid suspicious cause no finger point, you have done much watching but not much talking, why Devotary vote Roid now?" as roid raised his finger to his accuser. @Elenion since from your comment I'm guessing you didn't notice but Living actually voted for me so I have two votes on me right now already current vote tally: (let me know if i missed something) Arinian(1) Droughtbringer Lopen(1) Shqueeves Randuir(2) Straw, Mac Ecthelion(1) Coop Monster(2) Devotary, Legend Straw(1) Randuir Legend(1) Bort Elenion(1) Brightness Droughtbringer(1) Ripplegylf Shqueeves(1) Arinian Ripple(1) Ecthelion Mac(2) Lopen, Elenion Devotary(1) Monster

Roid looked confused, why would gormand say that? "But the captain said he would only kill people starting the second day on if they don't point the finger... so wouldn't not participating the first day be good place for hallandren to hide?" Roid was confused Gormand seemed smarter than Roid but even Roid noticed how those in the corners were avoiding the fingers. "Roid think that if we kill first day it should be those who are cowards, who will only speak when they must, would be good a good first finger point. We don't want cowardly hallendren avoiding notice first day then apologizing for not speaking second" Roid nodded thoughtfully and looked around the room. "Right?"

Roid's head hurt, trying to use word's was not his strong suite, but apparently he needed to point the finger too for several people were pointing at him and whoever got the most fingers dies a death without battle. Roid did not want that. Roid wanted to die in bath of hallandren blood. "Roid think that old man is weakling and might be hallandren, but others more weak and therefore more hallandren" Roid then pointed his finger to Lopen "Roid will point the finger at him, because he is afraid of death, and begs for the people to remove the finger, but is quick to point the finger at others". Roid smiled, he could use the words if he thought hard. ----------- Let the Gods of Luck and Chance make the call.
-
Roid was confused and angry. Everyone was ignoring Roid. When Roid smashes stuff no one ever ignored him before, but now they are. They all just keep pointing fingers at each other. But where is the enemy? Roid wants to kill the enemy, but everyone is wearing Idrian clothes. The others were talking about boring stuff, stuff roid didn't care about, maybe roid should get in a fight with someone that would be fun. Yeah he shoul.... Then roid heard it the word over and over and over again, "kill", Roid didn't hear much else but that word meant important stuff. Roid tromped over to the speaker @Elenion "You know who we should kill? Where is the enemy?" ------------------------ I'm going to try to do as much as I can in RP but two things I feel like i should bring up annnnnndd I didnt know how to do it with roid haha. The first is that I am concerned by how much opposition has tenatively been thrown elens way already, but BR and randuir do make at least plausible points on why the advice could be beneficial to the elims, so I can't judge much from this situation yet. One part of elens advice did really alarm me personally and that was this. I figure the only people that would really benefit from knowing the number of captains would be the elims so they knew how to guarantee a lynch. Also the way Elen brings it up nonchalantly like if you WANT to really reads to me that he doesn't want to bring to much attention to it and feels elim to me planting an idea out there. Also just for a fun sidenote elenion used kill or some variant 13 times in his post so I think Roid would definitely be drawn to that

"Roid crush Hallandren!" Roid shouts as he smashes a chair against the floor, it shatters sending splinters every which direction. The hulking man looks to be nearly 7 feet tall with muscles on his muscles making his uniform seem comically small on his frame, well it would be comical if his face didn't have the look of pure murderous rage on it, bits of saliva and shattered wood on his gray drab skin. After a few moments a confused look on his face accompanies a question "Which one hallandren? Me no see hallandren." A look of betrayal crosses his face as he glances at Marshall Amaranth. "Roid not like being Tricked!"

I'll sign up as Roid, a muscle head with anger issues.

It was brought up but it was not dwelt upon or used as a bludgeon to define the movie. It was really well done. I agree with this though I would put Black panther above the second GotG My question is do the events in this movie happen before or after his part in civil war in the timeline because I couldn't tell.
