    I wonder if there is a name for the overarching series or if it's just Skyward. What would anyone call it? What's your ideas?

    These are all good questions. I did like WS3 more than the others and will need to re-read it but it seems that there's more mastery involved now in Darkside and we definitely need to know more about it. Has it ever been mentioned how long the series is?

    I would imagine it being a case of being focused on everything else going on around her. She was aware of the other metals but was way too busy trying to stop Koloss armies and literal gods. Even when Vin Ascended this was for a very short time. The information she held may not have been fully focussed and even if it was there was so much happening for her to relay all this information to anyone.

    I would absolutely love to see a spren race!

    I would imagine there would be no bounds for Szeth to do so. Nale uses his Shardblade and Honorblade. I think it's a question of whether Nightblood would consume the Investiture of the Shardblade.

    I don't think we will see Kelsier worldhop for a while, perhaps not in the first 5 SA books since he can't yet leave Scadrial. It's definitely Yelig-nar who was held in the gem that Amaram swallowed.

    My favourite would have to be The Lord Ruler. At the start he has such a simple story: Ruler who has ruled for 1000 years and has made the world a wasteland, divided society and has lived for so long. Then it turns into such a complex story of Gods and Magic. If TLR wasn't necessarily evil then he would have made a great addition to Kelsier's crew!

    I agree with everyone else. Nightblood just wants to destroy and has probably been told he is destroying "evil" when it's really just the user's perception of good and evil. He thinks that everything he destroys is evil when really he just bases this off the user's evaluation.

    Name of the Wind is such beautiful prose that it definitely makes you feel right there! I'd have to say Ursula Le Guin's Earthsea. Simple books but they are sheer perfection.
