  1. Can you imagine an Inquisitor Hairdressers for new recruits? That would be scary but imagine the creativity!
  2. I'd like to see a culmination of the story lines in the last few books. Brandon has always said that the stories can be read separately for each world but I'm just curious as to how this ill take effect for the bigger picture in the cosmere. Will a separate series cover this or will SA, Mistborn etc all lead to one large epic? Looking at the finer details and realising that everything is connected is fantastic and once this starts coming to an end I'm sure everyone, including myself, will be absolutely distraught!
  3. I'd be quite happy for a shaven Michael Fassbender to play Szeth.
  4. That's interesting. Maybe should enlist more for our favourite Bridge-Folk
  5. I'd have thought that'd have been one of the more popular ones!
  6. I'd have to Scadrial. I love the sense of mystery and intrigue that always surrounds it!
  7. Yeah it's some pretty cool stuff!! Simple yet destructive
  8. Appreciated! That's a bit of a tough one, if i'm honest. Depends on a few aspects really. Vin: I'm a sucker for the orphan turns into hero trope in fantasy books but Vin was a complete other level. Kaladin: Someone with such Honor and respect that has to be adored. Just when you think you need someone, Kaladin turns up. Lift: Isn't Lift just fuuuuuuuun!? Sanderson writes such respected, down-to-earth, deep characters that it's hard to choose just one!
  9. Greetings from Scotland! I'm Graham. Have been a kinda-long time fan of Brandon. Looking share ideas and hopefully have a lot of discussion and insight on the forums but thought i'd introduce myself first. Having read Mistborn Era 1. Read Final Empire and just dashed through the trilogy quicker than any previous books. Picked up Stormlight Archive and was completely mind blown by the sheer vastness and complexity of it. Read the remaining Cosmere books and adore the fact that they can be read standalone as their own books or as a great vast universe. Am currently on my first read of Oathbringer and it's just amazing how everything pieces together and expands in the same way. Having read the traditional fantasy tropes, Lord of the Rings, Wheel of Time, Kingkiller, A Song of Ice & Fire, it's a great breath of fresh air to see something "new" yet so inviting and Thrilling. (...get it?) If anyone has any questions then please just let me know and I look forward to chatting with everyone deeper into the forums after I catch up! NB; My severe OCD kicked in when I got Oathbringer delivered however I couldn't wait for paperback to continue the series hahaha.
