  1. Hello! Feels good to be back in a game again. Anyway, Gears already touched on a lot of the roles stuff already, but I just want to say that I feel pretty confident in saying that there are 4 elims. It's exactly 25% of the players, and 3 or 5 just feels like not enough or too little, respectively. Also, I definitely forgot that you can't repeat an event until all the events have already happened, so thanks for reminding me Gears. I think doing Highstorm first is probably best, just so we can get everyone some more money, then I think Democracy is next, to promote everyone to use all those spheres they just got. Then probably Financial Crisis, so we get it out of the way after everyone's already bought things if they want them. Then I think Vengeance should be next, so we can try and get some good info from the exe even if it ends up tied, then Anarchy so if things go poorly, the elims can't control everything with the exe. If this is the exact order Gears said it in, sorry, I mostly just skimmed his post.
  2. You can take the co-GMing spot, @Lotus Also, I'm gonna sign up for another MR spot, a mistborn game with vials and stuff.
  3. Kandra? I mean, hey, @Biplet could play it if it’s mistborn. I could probably do it, unless @Lotus wants to take it. I know she’s been trying to co-GM a game for awhile.
  4. I mean hey, I’ve got a lot of games I wanna run and not a whole lot of time left to run them. I’m glad you’re excited!
  5. This is like...2 months early right now, but I just want to say that I’m taking LG77 and LG78, since I’m at the top of the list twice. That’s the time when I’m the most free to run a game. My plan right now is to rerun LG66 for LG77 and to run the LoZ game for LG78.
  6. You know what? The idea of not playing any games right now is making me really sad. So I'm switching back over to player. Final answer. Don't expect a whole lot from me besides for nights at my time, since that's when I'm most free. I'm gonna be trying to work ahead on my work for a lot of my classes today and tomorrow, because once I get past Wednesday, I have it relatively easy for the rest of the week. The starts of the weeks are just really hard. But I don't like the idea of not playing at all.
  7. @Kasimir I just want to say thank you for all the games that you've run that I got to play and just being an all around awesome friend. It was because of you that I was able to feel more comfortable with my tendency to die early in games. You giving me the titles and stuff really helped me feel like it was something I could own and make jokes about, rather than it being something that just always happened and would just keep frustrating me. Not only that, you've just run some awesome games, and they've been a blast every single time. I have a lot of fun memories from each of them. And playing with you in the few games we did get to play together is always fun. I hope you can come back and play more games someday, but I know how hard it can be to find time for games. So, I wish you luck man, and I hope you can start feeling better soon.
  8. I definitely meant to say something along the lines of us not being able to be on the same team. This is what I get for rushing that post right before I needed to leave to go get food. It was mostly due to how people were talking about him and how you and Archer had interacted. I felt like it was possible he was an elim for one of you being his mistborn, or he was the mistborn to one of y'all being the elim. Obviously, he flipped village, so that whole connection has been thrown out the window, but I still think Archer is independently suspicious. Maybe it would've been better to vote Archer out last cycle, but I thought maybe getting a hint at your alignment if Stink flipped elim was worth not going for Archer.
  9. Okay, yeah, I guess we're just looking at this differently. So, in terms of what we know now, the actual probability from the get go hasn't changed, but the information we have and the inferences we can make based off of that information affects the likelihood of certain things happening. I can get behind that. Still think knowing that the actual probabilities haven't actually changed is a bit of a misdirection from the fact that we know we can't both be elims, and if one of us does flip elim, there are literally less options for them to be an elim, so therefore they are less likely to be one overall. Also, @Archer people bring up the fact that I die early because it's a valid concern. More often than not, I die early and it turns out I was village, for the same reasons that people exed or killed me in the last games. I'm not a huge fan of using meta arguments, but I'm just asking people to consider not killing me right off the bat, to at least give me a chance to say things in the context of this game, rather than everyone being distracted by whatever it is about me that sets people off at the start of a game.
