  1. I somehow lost them after i went through their requirements.
  2. What is the worst possible match of a vessel and shard that you could think of assuming that the person connects with the shard no problem and takes it up ? Like worst in a sense that it causes the most weirdness, chaos and just absolute despair for people. Only from the existing pool of characters in Cosmere. I'll mention the most obvious of them all. Kelsier(before meeting Vin) as Ambition.
  3. The flyers say you are required to spike your eyes. Whatever that means. Can't be that hard.
  4. Lord Ruler's secrets are pretty fun. He's one of the best posthumous characters you'll find in fantasy. Marsh is the man. Zane is not tho. Personally i think Sanderson did his job if he written Zane to just cause chaos and annoyance but for a likeable character not so much. He's a poor-mans Kelsier that is setup as Elend's foil. A bad foil.
  5. Seems like Yelig-Nar is set as the juggernaut of the unmade so we may see him later fully-bonded with someone who Odium deemed to be his most dangerous fighter. And not well-versed, nor training, nor conditioned for fighting. So i doubt he's a fit for Yelig-Nar. He's more of a tactician, sub-leader(cause Odium is always the true leader of the opposition), spy than a fighter which Yelig-Nar seems to be the purpose as an unmade. Made for the main champion.
  6. Yeah i think it really depends on the Preservation. Sazed as Ruin is very much different from Ati's Ruin (tho i did not miss that he is also preservation and he is still too early in holding Ruin but like Sanderson said Sazed's Ruin won't necessarily turn out the same as Ati's)
  7. Scadrial isn't alone the only planet or moon around that planetary/star system tho https://coppermind.net/wiki/Scadrian_system There isn't anybody there but there are a bunch of moon and planets around that place. I don't know where you got the info that Scadrial is literally the only thing there lol Harmony's influence of power spreads around that planetary system. So lore-wise we don't really know why Ruin and Preservation chose not to build a moon unless Yolen doesn't have a moon and they just wanna replicate the moon.
  8. Probably lots of anger after she lives but i believe if she gets fixed by the stuff Adolin does then she is pretty much on Adolin's side.
  9. I don't think a moon actually hurts their powers. It might even insignificant. I mean remember how the well of ascension which basically little leftover power from preservation doesn't have an issue changing all people's genetics in an instant or moving the goddamn planet like nothing. Afaik Sazed doesn't even only have power over Scadrial but all the planets and sun/stars around Scadrial. If there was a moon. It would be funny when people noticed the moon vanishing whenever Rashek or Vin moved the planet lol
  10. Scadrial doesn't actually have moons. So they can have a benevolent deity that represents life and death but they can't have a goddamn moon. Now that i think about it. Why don't scadrial have any moons ? Is there a particular reason why Ruin and Preservation just decided "lets not install an orbiting rock around our planet" ?
  11. The thing is it will still be about about a good protagonist taking up the mantle of the old broken god (preservation wasn't splintered but he was technically broken if you think about his limitations) to make it whole again. Basically same narrative even if the technicality is different. It would look like a cheap ripoff of the other franchise he wrote. I think he can do better than that. Rehashing plot is common on much less refined medium like comics or manga/anime/light novels/wuxia who mostly have terrible plot due to rehashing of plot that worked before which is why those mediums are commonly terrible(i love reading them but this is what separates epic fantasy from those stuff especially refined ones like stuff sanderson writes) You can still do the reassembling of the old shard or new vessel of the old shard thing in a completely different and unexpected way. Not basically the which what will Dalinar look like if he did actually ascend as honor eventually. Honor's unique state doesn't matter. It will still be good guy becomes worthy and takes up the shard which is kinda the same rust that the other cosmere story pulled off. Like look at Warbreaker and Mistborn. Both literally had the same overpowered overlord of doom but it was completely executed differently so it didn't matter if they rehashed the same element in the story. What you are suggesting is that Stormlight Archives pulls off a then it basically just becomes a "we've already seen that" storyline which makes it weak for his big epic. It might seem like i am expecting highstandards but lowstandard story-telling material only does that stuff.
  12. Yeah Eshonai was like the perfect vessel for a listener turned to the other side. Venli is indeed so much more interesting due to her much more difficult circumstances
  13. Nicholas cage definitely owns even Adonalsium. How is this even a discussion. Hell even The Rock or Vin Diesel does it as well ezpz lemon squeezy I actually meant Rand'AlThor on the final battle when he faced Shai'tan Normal Rand'AlThor the dragon reborn depends on the distance of where the fight started. Yeah i mean Rashek/Kelsier can win actually because of hemalurgy not just because of the fullborn potential. They can spike hoid in combat which kinda kills hoid at the right timing
  14. I would disagree on that it is already a used plot on one of the cosmere stories. Don't think Sanderson would repeat himself he is not that uncreative.
  15. It would probably be called Shard of Apathy besides if a none-intervention is actually a thing it doesn't really apply to themselves(similar to why Ruin wouldn't kill himself) so he'll probably just intervene so that there won't be intervention. Kinda hypocritical and ironic for the shard.
  16. Sanderson did mention that there will be a time that will come and pass that people will have mixed magic(i assume this would be at least era 3 if not era 4 mistborn) so Hoid wouldn't exactly be unique in his circumstances. There will be other people who will have mixed magic So he won't be that really broken as rust but he will have huge advantage considering his experience, wide range of tools and well place in the story(aka the main protagonist of the entire cosmere).
  17. Proof: People aren't the only one who can experience anxiety and fear. Spren too are capable of that. It wouldn't be unreasonable. Theory: Lift is actually right that Wyndle is a Voidbringer.
  18. Rashek or one of the competent and full-born's who don't play around has the chance to beat Hoid especially if they have hemalurgic knowledge(hemalurgy can kill hoid for sure). Maybe Dalinar cause whatever the storm his situation is as Odium ran away from him. If we are talking about works outside Sanderson then the comic stables like superman(the normal overpowered version of him yaknow those who can reverse the spin of a planet) or thanos with 6 infinity stones(you can't beat somebody who is too fast or invulnerable or worse who can completely manipulate reality). For novels people like Simon from Travelers Gate Trilogy (people literally can't see him move .. he is that fast to the point that he is still moving when time is slowed to a crawl) or Rand'AlThor around the final conflict could beat hoid ezpz.
  19. It just makes me sad thinking about it but from the dust we came and the dust we will become eventually.
  20. Wait he did ? When did he state ? I certainly hope he doesn't pull the same as RJ.
  21. Dalinar and Kaladin feels so human and awesome at the same time so they stand out as my favorite radiants. Least favorite would Jasnah and Lift. The former i didn't like as much simply because she felt too perfect(abit mary sue-ish) which is very unlike her other radiant peers while the latter is well uninteresting to me for some reason.
  22. Given that Harmony disapproved of Spook's hemalurgy activities (probably saw the immediate future of many getting rekt because of the knowledge that got passed down from it) and Marsh doesn't seem the type that would share knowledge that involves obliterating and twisting people. Probably not.
  23. I don't think Sanderson will write the same number of books as he already planned. Like Stormlight Archives will mostly be 10 books but Mistborn era 3/4 and DragonSteel could just be a short series instead of a long one. I think Era 3 and 4 could even be merged and the cosmere shortstories filling in between so that i covers the content of that timeline. Lots of short-stories are a good way to fill the content of the future eras without writing whole damnation trilogies and 5 book series.
  24. Granted but you can't solve any communication related problems anymore. I wish to get a spren-bunny
  25. Kelsier held the shard of Preservation not Ruin. Harmony is the only one with the perfect knowledge of hemalurgy and looks like he's not sharing ( he even lies or keep information to himself like how it doesn't seem possible for kandra to gain allomantic abilities before bleeder did show she could). Kelsier might know things but remember previous vessels or slivers as people might call it don't remember everything they learned as a vessel (Vin and Rashek are the proof). And Kelsier didn't even have the right shard who would contain all knowledge of hemalurgy. Yeah Rashek and Marsh might have more intimate knowledge with Hemalurgy but even both wasn't willing to share.
