I think people would do this because certain metals are expensive and hard to come by. So they use this to get the metals cheap, and then sell them to those who can’t afford better. Of course, sometimes you get a bad blend...

Rend’s Pastry was angel food cake, light and airy. It was covered in a white chocolate shell, that had been dyed different colors, swirling upwards toward a tight, rainbow spiral of translucent sugar glass. At the center of the food cake is a molten chocolate center, rich and luscious, with just the slightest hint of heat (there is just a touch of Chile pepper in there.) Basically, it’s a pastry version of Breath.

“Art and innovation. Also uniqueness.” Btw, as a chocolate lover, there is no comparison between well made artisan chocolate and the mass produced stuff. Except mass produced is cheaper and more easily accessible. Put another way: Hershey’s is cheaper than Godiva - but Godiva tastes better. (Godiva is probably the most accessible source of specialty chocolate. (And I mean their actual store locations; not the bags of truffles I can find at some stores.) There are almost certainly better ones, but harder to get to.)

The cookie surrounds a soft, creamy truffle.” Despite the mask, one could sense her irritation. “And it is perfectly fresh. They are made anew each day. Most are done on request. These were made for you. ”This my living Eighth. I would not sacrifice quality simply to show off. I am an artist; you will not find anything like these elsewhere. Anyone can make a cookie; it takes a master to transform it into art. These are unique. ”They are also safe to eat. I hope you all enjoy.”
