The Lightweavers has Oaths restrictions like others. By the way, Soulcasting is OP but It requires a lot of criteria to be' used as Death Surge. It requires a specific kind of gemstone, It consumes a lot of Investiture, It depends on the target's innate Investiture, It requires skills and It's Dangerous to use in most of the situations. It's a really strong Surge but It has already its limitations

They could do it. There is a limit to what they could replicate but definitivelly they could mix and twist stuffs...It also happened in the book. About the glassa Bones ti fly,. I think It's an awful idea...you will broke them in moments, others material will be' better probably

The problem is we recived from books the prove of her growing up. She had her first period between WoR and Edgedancer, this alone implies her physical and biological grow. She actually asked to remain the same to the Old Magic but that was simply something the Old Magic can't do. Someone believe She was Cognitivelly stuck (as Old Magic's effects are Cognitive in nature) instead of physically stuck, so her mind will have a weird development over the years...but She is still too young to try to find this

Lift is thirteen years old (Roshar's years so probably near the 14-15 for us) and she is not older than she appears. She asked to not grow up to the Nightwatcher but the Old Magic could not do this and thereferore gave to her another thing. Lift often mention to be ten years old from three years because she doesn't want to admit she is growing up. In a scene we have also the direct prove of her growing up, in that scene she had her first period and this make her freaking out a bit.

A Splinter doesn't Need to have Human intelligence. It need only to be' sentient to a degree. All the Roshar's Spren are Splinters from the Rider of the Storm to the Windspren. The Stormfather was once a simple "powerful Spren" (A Splinter) but then He merged with Tanavast's Cognitive Shadow (a Sliver). What he is now as nomenclature is unclear as Splinter and Sliver are mutual exclusive.

If her sexuality isn't relevant to the Story. I see no issue for him to make her lesbian. Like in the famous case of Dumbledore in HP. By the way, I don't believe She is lesbian, She will have no reason to hide that, I think She is simply extremely uninteressed in romance or sexual relationship.

I assume you can't do It. The Stormlight is Kinetic Investiture (mostly Fuel) alone. The Breath is this funky stuff that sometime acts like Kinetic Investiture and sometime as Innate Investiture (stable Investiture that Composes Souls for example, or Spren). You have also to consider that if It was possible, Stormlight leaks away, more Stormlight you hold and bigger the leaking becomes...I assume you can't stack enough Stormlight into a man to reach the equivalent to Heightenings (also the lower ones). This if It's possible, comes easier with other magics...but I assume Stormlight isn't a pratical way -
aimia Could Aimians somehow be related to Kandra?

I wrote a long post but somewhere It is Lost now so I will fastly rewrite everything a bit less elegant than before. The Kandra are far younger than Aimians as race. The Mistwraiths were no made by a Shard but rather by someone who experienced Ascension for a Little time. It's unlikely he learned to much of the Cosmere to know the Aimians' existence. The way the Siah Aimians (I assume you are talking of them) change themself seems to be' Cognitive in nature. Of course this is speculative but their connection to Shadesmar (proved by the Shadow) makes It likely to think they have a flexible Cognitive Aspect and they change that to make the physical follow. A bit like the Returned do. Instead the Kandra's shapeshifting happen under a Biological and physical way. So they are two races of shapeshifting but I don't believe there is a Connections between them. I am sorry to this poor rewriting of the answer but I have no much time for that now -
Feruchemy is the magic born by both and It's the middle ground between them. You could called It balanced or neautral but It's mostly semantics as all' the Scadrian magic comes from R&P

But Lightspren (or Reachers) are actually Radiant Spren (we know this for sure thanks to Ico's father) and we know Odium has Almost no part in Surgebinding and Radiant Spren. I don't understand Why Timbre's pluses link to Odium/Passion, we saw the Lightspren comunicate with pulses in the CR.. It's a feature of their race Did i missed something of your idea?

Splinters are for definition not mortal-based, Just Investiture that becomed sentient. If the Unmade were KH's Ghosts. They will be' Cognitive Shadows (like the Heralds for example) not Splinters. Rosharans will call both "spren" but Rosharan's language's rigor is mostly a no sense XD

The Sand Mastery's Initiation could be tied to a Sand master's family without be' actually genetic. For example (but i don't think It's the case) could be Simply linked to be' Connected to another Sand Master (a bit like Roshar's magic) or a Sand Master's relative develop often an attitude that is the actual Sand Mastery's requirements. -
Feruchemy is the magic if both Ruin and Preservation. We don't know how the original Terris gained It but we know Preservation in some way was a crucial part of this (as the WoB provided in the previous post). It's possible he directly gave to them or maybe One of the previous Heroes used the Well to obtain this effect or some other weird reason, for example Someone proposed that Terris itself was crucial in this...as the place had both the Shards' Perpendicularities in it and its popolation was exposed from both

A living being can't become a Spren, the most (and the Soulcaster could fit with it) is to become a Cognitive Shadow (mostly the Cosmere's ghost), also if probably a Rosharan will call them Spren regardless. Example of Cognitive Shadows in Stormlight Archive are the Heralds and the Fused. Being so infused by Investiture to be able to remain after death as Cognitive being and (in both the cases) regain a physical under some circumstances. While Spren are technically "Splinters" being made by Investiture that becomed sentient. Example of Splinters are Spren or Nightblood.
