  1. Life before death, strength before weakness, journey before destination.
  2. I think that this has something to do with Naln's personality he doesn't think about whether what he's doing is right or wrong he carries out justice and that's it, as far as he is concerned anyone who breaks the law is evil. I think that his ability to not be killed by Nightblood has something to do with the way he perceives himself as a bringer of justice who follows the law to perfection and doesn't seem to think he's done anything wrong.
  3. Possibly a Tin Savant could do this but even then I'm not sure they could, a tin ferring could probably do it since they can store and tap smell. But I can't really see this ability coming in handy since by the time you've gotten close enough to determine what kind of metal they're burning they've already had ample opportunity to demonstrate. it's kind of a moot point if you can smell the steel on the coinshots breath after they've just sprayed you with coins.
  4. I honestly didn't find out I just decided I wasn't going to make the three hour drive to Boston in those conditions.
  5. Don't feel to bad TwiLyghtSansSparkles here's what happened to me
  6. I started watching it a few days ago and I had this exact thought
  7. Why stop at 32 that'll only give us the base metals lets make it at least 36 to encompass all the known metals and then we can give our supper Inquisitor the other Atium alloys which should bring our total up to 66 and then we need to start experimenting with Lerasium and Harmonium. Since we don't need to worry about giving someone the ability to burn Lerasium or it's alloys our total spikes should come in at... 117
  8. Hmmm Now I loved the Rithmatist because it felt so much like Harry potter Especialy Nalizar being almost a carbon copy of Snape It made the twist ending so much more satisfying when
  9. Don't forget that TLR was able to flatten a mountain range when he held a shard. Unless Honor is far weaker than Ruin I think it would be pretty easy for him to push one up.
  10. Granted, it weighs half a ton. I wish for spring to finally begin.
  11. I've long loved skies of Arcadia Legends (it remains my favorite game ever to this day) In fact I've given serious consideration to buying a dreamcast just so I could see what the original game was like. Other than that I liked the gen one and two Pokemon games starfox 64 and Ocarina of time . And if you want to go back to the really early games I enjoyed Pacman and Galaxia plus all those games that came free with windows... never did figure out how to ski past the yeti though.
  12. No, no what you do here is soulcast a bridge but leave a gaping hole in the middle, use lightweaving to cover the hole then when your enemies chase you onto the bridge you can avoid the hole but they have no idea it's there and run right into it. EDIT: if facing multiple enemies use lightweaving to make it seem like the first guy runs over the gap just fine then laugh as the rest of your foes go tumbling down into oblivion.
  13. Yea and there's the whole talking to them in their heads thing that Harmony can do to anyone with a spike.
  14. As far as I know every single Question relating to Nicrosil has had the same answer RAFO. However you might be able to get answers since as far as I can tell your theory seems to be about Allomantic Nicrosil not Feruchemical Nicrosil.
  15. I thought that Koloss blooded meant that your parents were Koloss but you chose not to receive the spike when you grew up resulting in someone who was mostly human with a few Koloss like side effects... Although don't ask me how that one guy got alomatic powers. I suppose he could have been a natural misting but the odds on that are pretty long.
  16. Just what I needed, something to tide me over till Shadows comes out.
  17. Yes I got a new job and I start today, here's hoping it will go better than the last one.
  18. The shard of equivalent Exchange you must first give up something of equal or greater value in order to use your powers. Edit: oh wait that's actualy a pretty good shard idea
  19. A few days ago I had a really weird bottle of root beer, is anyone else Familiar with Maine Root? I'm not terribly familiar with artisan root beers (although I have had Saranac soda) so I have to ask does anyone know if this is normal when branching out of the mass produced variety or is Maine root just unique?
  20. Well as I predicted when you posted part three the Chasmfiend turned out Awesome well done fastlindyrick well done indeed.
  21. That makes sense during the Arena fight the helm that Kaladin grabbed from the downed sharbearer fed on his stormlight rather than the gems from the suit. Heck why would the Radiants even need gems in their armor since they are basically a walking stomlight storage system.
  22. I'm going to build off this and ask what if Harmonium is actually just an alloy of Atium and Lerasium. just like Harmony is a combination of Ruin and Preservation. And if someone was really skilled at smelting or whatever process you use to separate metals (I wouldn't know) they could divide Harmonium back into it's original state letting you use the Lerasium to make a Mistborn and the Atium however you want.
  23. Also not all of these Epics are going to be from English speaking countries you could get a lot of overlap with multiple epics who have the same name but in different languages.
  24. "Sigh" I suppose this is where I say that you should be careful what you wish for. Granted you now store Sanity in wool whenever you're touching it. I wish I could find a new job.
  25. Actually the Ars Arcanum in Alloy of the law says that Kandra "(for the most part) serve Harmony." It doesn't tell us if that for the most part means that there are a few rouge Kandra running around or if they could be hijacked like you suggested. But either way I'm fairly certain that there's at least one or two Kandra who aren't fully under Sazed's control.
