(I'm on my chromebook) There's a little button on the upper right side of the darker gray part of the quote box that looks like a little arrow pointing to the right. It you click it, it takes you to the original post. I'm also on my chromebook, and I don't have a way to see if you can do it on mobile (I don't have a phone T~T), but i do know for sure that you can do it on a computer.

Like Shortcake said, there is a little arrow at the top right. You could try it on one of these quote boxes and it'll take you to the post. I have no clue if it's a thing on mobile actually.
