Is it weird that I imagine the ghanderfaffle as a snake type thing?

No, I more or less imagine it that way too. Maybe more like a pig occasionally, but a snake is totally reasonable.

The Ghandeflaffe, still slithering, spoke. "If you help me find all the pancakes that I want, I will give you precisely..... a quarter of all the pancakes."

I'd just like to say that this is the greatest thread ever.

"Do you have any beans?" said Butt. "I think I need beans for something."

The Ghandeflaffe spoke again. "Very well. If it is within my power, I will also grant you the boon of an infinite amount of beans."

Butt immediately went to go get pancakes.

[Apollyon he/him]

Butt couldn’t find any pancakes though. He did, however, stumble across a portal to the waffle realm. He gazed into the deep void of waffles.

He then realized that waffles are horrible, and quickly destroyed the portal.

But the waffles were so tempting... But Butt decided to continue his search for pancakes. He found the first in his stomach.

Butt found the second pancake... and a stack of them.... sitting in his fridge at home.

Butt then had an existential crisis, and starting referring to himself as 'The Great Buttocks"

Upon which he realized 'Butt' also sounded stupid. He then renamed himself Branfind the 14th.

And then he came back to normal and stayed Butt Venture and continued to venture on.  And he wondered: "What was his quest again? And where is my Maximus Gluteus?"

He remembered in horror that he had left Gluteus back at home, in the clutches of Brandy. Oh how terrible! He must go back!

His Gluteus must be suffering! Butt actually did wet himself this time, but luckily, he had his Huggies on him.

I honestly have no idea what to add here... Is this even in the same world as the beginning at this point? I thought they like couldnt leave their dome homes because of valcanoes? Or something like valcanoes?

he returned home, only to find his pet had been banished from this realm by Uncle Brandy's great power. He then remembered his original quest - to gain power and take down Brandy.

He immediately abandoned his pancake hunt, going back to what he actually was supposed to be doing.

... But the Ghandeflaffe didn't like that too much...

Nevertheless he could not hurt Butt so he just observed from distance and young Venture started pondering what should be his next step. Butt decided to look for perpendicularity.

He realized that he didn’t have to hurt butt physically. So he said the most emotionally damaging thing he could.

So of course, the Ghanderflaffle immediately died of every thing in the universe simultaneously feeling hatred for it.
