The message says 20. According to some people I've seen, it's 16 now. I'm not 100% sure.

They temporarily raised it from 16 to 20 because of Oathbringer release, I am unsure if it's changed back.

Apparently you will only talk public ally now anyways. She could just pretend to be a member even if she technically isn’t. There is nothing to stop her from just talking anyway.

Not that I would take a stance against TUBA, I'll remain neutral, but this is a perfect opportunity for nonsense.

The overlords don't like thread spamming. Case and point, our locked attempt to make the longest intro topic ever.

A thread might get locked and if someone continues to breach rules, or breaches a big one they might get their whole account banned but you can't really get banned from one thread as far as I know.

To clarify a bit, please don't take over an existing thread, but you could make a new one with the purpose of being the longest. That would take you quite a while though I'd say.
