Deteca, who'd been sitting on the other side of the table in the simple room they used for - among other things - office positions interviews, laughed lightly. "Hi there, you're eager, aren't you! We don't quite do the formal spoken oath thing much these days..." She trailed off, trying to remember if they'd done that in the Forgery and if that might be why this young man was confused, and then abruptly remembered that she hadn't been here in the Forgery.

She cleared her throat and went on, "But I believe you've already done a preliminary interview with Janice? So I just have a few quick follow-up questions, and then I think we almost certainly will hire you for the position! It's Dionysus, right?"
