(Don't ask how) Secondary: Can turn any lake of liquid into a lava lake. Passive: Will always win at the Floor Is Lava! game. I never said it was a good idea

People tend to be very careful about not killing new players before they have a chance to experience the game. So you're almost certainly fine.
