A girl with mental problems wages a war against a stick while everyone else is fighting crabs. A depressed failed-surgeon manipulates a warlord to free him from slavery. The three become shiny and the warlord starts a religion claiming that god is dead. Two books later, the warlord becomes god before giving it to the evil guy next door.

"Deal with him yourself!" he said to the lazy people across the road.

The old lady that was there the whole time ran away and went undercover.

In a world where everything sucks because the gods have relationship/trust issues, a girl with trust issues falls in love with a boy without trust issues. They are happy together for a bit, until the boy gets wrapped up in a passion project that the girl does not trust. Girl’s trust issues drive her to join a slavery world run by the god with trust issues. The boy notices she left and goes on a journey to rescue her, upon which he develops trust issues. He sings a song to fix the gods’ trust issues and they agree to let the girl go if the boy can look past* his newfound trust issues. He fails and the girl goes back to the underground slavery world. The end!

Police chief chooses to ignore a report of murder, so his deputy goes rogue, fancies himself a detective, and gets several cops killed and himself demoted while trying to investigate. Former deputy then fancies himself a hero and goes rogue again, stopping a government agent from getting killed, and gets himself promoted. Then, fancying himself a lover, he goes rogue by falling in love with someone way out of his league. Then, fancying himself a spy, he accepts a (non-rogue) assignment to get thousands of people killed, but quits when he realizes he's getting people killed. Then, fancying himself a rogue, he goes rogue and attacks the government agent that he saved earlier, then goes rogue on his rogueness by saving the government agent from the rogue who committed the murder at the beginning, but gets himself killed because the rogue was secretly wearing plot armor under his clothes. What a rogue move! Turns out the murderer-rogue was the protagonist the whole time, and in one final act of rogueness, he goes on to star in a rogue movie that's already been made, in which he gets himself and many others killed.

Hopefully by this point you know what I'm talking about. Also, "various" in this case means "two".

A girl is supposed to die but a crazy ginger guy saves her because of her cool powers but she doesn’t have any cool powers but she has to do lots of trials to prove she deserves to join the cool powers society (instead of dying) and then finds out she actually has the coolest powers but she doesn’t know what they are or how to use them and everyone else who could teach her is crazy or dead.

Fire Emblem Awakening (Warning: long and very confusing)

You kill an evil wizard and a prince, then you wake up in a field and become the general of that prince's army of shepherds and stop other guys from killing him. Zombies fall from the sky, then are killed by the prince's daughter, who is a king from 2000 years ago. You then go north to get help fighting the other guys, and the ruler of that country recruits the prince to fight on her behalf against his daughter, who is fighting on behalf of the ruler of the country. The prince's daughter then helps you stop an assassination of the prince's sister, the non-queen, by the evil wizard you killed and the prince realizes his daughter is a woman. You kill the evil wizard again. The king of the other guys kidnaps the non-queen and threatens to execute her if the prince doesn't give him a shield. It doesn't matter what you make him choose, as the non-queen then commits suicide so the king of the other guys can't get the shield. You kill the king of the other guys and end the war that started a few days ago. The prince then gets married and his daughter is born (the same daughter, he only has one, unless he has two, but the other one is his wife's daughter). Two years later walmart(according to vorin symmetry rules) has conquered the vaguely asian continent. You get aid in fighting walmart from the evil wizard you killed twice, who is now the king of the guys you were at war with two years ago. Before you leave he introduces you to his son, who is you. The prince then allegedly cheats on his wife with his daughter and learns that she is his daughter. You then kill walmart with the help of your kids who haven't been born yet, convincing him that violence isn't always the answer using violence and also the ruler of north dies.  You then go and ask for a shiny rock from the evil wizard who you know is evil so that you can turn on the prince's shield. In a shocking twist, the evil wizard is evil, and tries to kill you for the third time. You steal the shield and give it to the evil wizard, then he uses all the shiny rocks to summon an evil dragon god, a.k.a. you. You learn that you killed the prince, then go and kill the evil wizard and the prince again. The dead ruler of north then shows up and reveals your secret plan to use fake shiny rocks. The prince then comes back to life just before you come and try to convince you to join your side instead of your side. After you fail, you summon the evil dragon god, you. In the end, you fight you atop you, if you kill you, you die, but also you die but then you come back to life but you don't come back to life. If the prince kills you, then you don't die and you don't die.
