I am not as versed in comics and webcomics as y'all, but I love Darths and Droids, as well as Order of the Stick. Both ongoing with hundreds of strips already published.

Darths n Droids is killing me with only three new releases a week. I got caught up months ago, and its killing me not being able to binge it anymore....

Airbnb is weird, y'all.

I am sitting in a stranger's house right now, in a strange room, and I feel perfectly secure.  Just in someone else's house, with her and her daughter here, and another person staying in the next room.

I crocheted my hostess a kiwi bird (cause she works for a NZ trade office and she used to live in NZ) because I have no idea what proper Airbnb etiquette is so I made something.  Kiwi bird is adorable and rather muppetlike.

Maybe I'm the one that's weird.

Logan trailer spoiler

X-Men comics exist in the X-Men cinematic universe? That's...bizarre.

I mean, it's not unheard of. the Fantastic Four made part if their fortune selling their likenesses and creating an industry of 'Fantastic Four' comic books and lunch boxes. And DC has used comics as a way to connect different multiverses.

But X-Men comics in Logan? That is...odd. And not the tone I thought the film was going fir.

I've associated my online user names strongly with myself in the past... though oddly enough, I don't get that feeling with "Quiver". Maybe I was just young and impressionable :P

Heh, maybe. I actually associate myself with it considerably more than I did as a kid with the ones I used then :P

Spoiler

Yeah, superhero universes tend to have a strange relationship with superhero merch and comics. I could point at various reasons as for why (That weird tendency they can have to pull stuff right out of the real world even if it is out of context, in jokes and fanservice/self-indulgence to name a few) but while it can work with more fantastic franchises like the FF that have a good reputation in universe (most of the time) it just breaks completely together with a group like the X-Men where a big point of them is not being popular in universe.

So, as I mentioned, I'm in a Flat Earth Society group on FB. But that post is not really about it.

You see, somebody mentioned II Law of Thermodynamics (entropy). (He wanted to prove it's God who made this, arguments are not important). Then somebody asked "Shouldn't God's creations be perfect?"

*Ruin flashbacks*

Without me there is no life, and never could have been. Life is change, and I represent that change.

Yeah. I wonder how would Scadrial play out with Cultivation and Preservation in deadlock. Or Cultivation and Ruin.

I feel like Cultivation is the one shard that Harmony could theoretically add to his inventory without becoming super off balance.

Honestly, Cultivation seems like the one Shard he'd have to add to stop being so... passive.

As far as I know, cultivation is closer to ruins opposite than preservation. After all, ruin is the destruction of something, while cultivation is the gradual creation of things. Preservation is simply keeping things as they are. Adding cultivation's shard might actually increase Sazed's overall balance, or rather, Harmony.:P:lol:

I've been wanting to make music for awhile, but I don't have access to any really good music studios like Fruity Loops or any of the other big ones out there. I have a little app called Auxy and have been using it for years now, but haven't made a single track yet. I always mess around and make something that sounds cool, but I never know where to go with it.

So I've got a ring. It's nice. Tungsten carbide, has a neat Celtic knot type pattern. Got it for Christmas.

And it fits me pretty well every day of the week... except Sunday. During church hours.

I wonder if this is God punishing me for calling it "my precious" that one time. :P

Nah, that'd be Smeagol, wearing the One Ring so that he's invisible, trying to add to his collection.
