Hey guys, I'm back, and I'm somewhat sleep deprived because trains are lame. Anyways, my attack was targeted at Hellscythe. I originally was not going to attack anyone, and my plan was to protect myself and Burnt, and to redirect from Gamme to myself, effectively protecting 3 people. But then HS voted for me with basically no reasoning, and I was grouchy and tired, so I changed my actions. I made an edit to one of my posts apologizing for anything that came out of that tired annoyance, which was supposed to imply that if HS died, I was behind it. And I backed that up with my vote last cycle as well. (I do need to go back and read what was said since that post, by the way). But I guess someone redirected all my actions to Burnt, because I protected her twice apparently, and attacked her once :/.

I'll try and get back to this a bit more later.

You protected her twice? As in you have T3 Metal as well as T2 Earth?

Nevermind, T3 Metal protects two people, right. Huh. So, that explains a lot. But that's really weird that someone with T3 Wood would redirect your actions to Burnt. Only thing that makes sense to me is that HS and Burnt are on a team together and she actually redirected actions from HS to her because he has a role worth protecting, but that would also mean she had a way to guarantee protection on herself in case HS / her was attacked.

Well... I hope I'm still in the running to be your Metal II heir!!!

Burnt claimed she took all of Seonid's actions with T1 Earth earlier this cycle. If his actions were redirected it would include both protections and the kill which would be why Araris' actions came in as protecting Burnt twice and attacking Burnt.

Also your Burnt/HS evil theory doesn't work because I used T1 Wood last cycle.

Personally Lopen, Elodin and HS seem the most suspicious to me, but I doubt anyone would get behind a Lopen lynch and I feel like Elodin and HS get unlucky early way too often. Harumph.

2 of those people I can personally confirm are innocent. One being me. And one being dead Elodin.

But he targeted you, not Seonid. So how would that transfer to her without Tier 3 Wood getting involved? Also there's no proof that she did use that ability on Seonid, unless someone else used an action on him that also redirected to her, just like there's no proof that you used T1 Wood unless someone used an ability on you that didn't follow through.

Ah right, I'm an idiot. Forgot Elodin was the one lynched. Speaking of confirming though, would you be cool with doing what I asked earlier and be the target of an attack in order to prove you do have T1 Wood? That seems like a convenient claim to me as if you don't want people to kill you, but even if it's true that doesn't exonerate you from being evil either.

If T3 wood was involved they most likely redirected Araris' actions to Seonid or Burnt.

Haha my bad, of course I'm ok with being attacked. I've been working under the assumption that Wood was my primary, because it's much more useful than Fire 1 at this stage in the game I honestly forgot I was a fire main.

Glad to see my posts aren't the only one's getting messed up. But anyway, I just feel like that's odd. Why would a T3 choose Araris to redirect? I guess it could be a Traitor T3 Woodcrafter who figured that Araris would use a protective ability and therefore manipulated it to Burnt because she's also a Traitor. In that case they would have no idea about his Metal abilities. I guess that's a bit more likely than Burnt lying about Redirecting actions from Seonid to herself, but seems plausible. Regardless this solidifies her shadiness in my mind.

Burnt, anything to say? Personally I bet there's at least one T3 Earthcrafter on the Traitor team, otherwise I think that win con would be unfair. Is it you, and is that why people are trying to protect you?

Actually, I don't know why, and I qould love to. As what you're accusing me of via PM via third party is patently untrue, and I would love to know just why you think what you do.

Full story, I asked yesterday to be contacted by pm by people. Several people contacted me, one of whom spied on DC. DC was on two PM's and he started one with a comment about waiting for an apology still. So my contacts and I figured that it was mailliw. Since one of my contacts was also in contact with mailliw, we asked that contact to ask him if he had apologized yet, to determine if it was mailliw.

He refused to answer, and instead insisted I contact him with my air three, which I don't have. And now he's voting for me.

So no mailliw, I don't know why you're voting me. Please explain why you're making the allegations you are.

I don't want you to contact me with Air III. :P That's impossible, only Air I and Water I can contact. Air III would only tell you what I have. Which is fine, but it won't contact me. The PM I'm in with DC is obviously between the two of us as it starts with him calling me homie. :P I don't know what apology story you're talking about.

You accused me of having Air 3. You told me to contact you. Are either of these things untrue?

And again, why are you voting for me?

Wrong. That was either a mistake on the middle man's part or you're changing it. I said that my Air III contact told me that you have Air abilities. But, yes I did ask you to contact me.

Contact me.

Posted

I'm not changing it. That's what I was told.

And like I said, I can't contact you.

Okay, then that must've just been a mistake in translation.

Well, I beg to differ. Maybe not this cycle anymore, but next cycle, I expect a PM to explain this conspiracy you have against me.

Where exactly did you get the idea that I have a conspiracy against you?

And you misunderstand what I meant when I said I can't contact you. It doesn't mean I can't contact you this cycle, it means I can't contact you. Period. Or anyone else. Period.

When the middle man told me.

Here's a rundown of the conversation:

MM: Did you say sorry to Deathclutch? I guess it'll make some people mad and end with a death. Either you or joe.

Mail: What did I supposedly say?

MM: I guess they're messing with your head.

Mail: Asks if Joe or DC is messing with me.

MM: I'm not sure. I wasn't supposed to tell you that. Some sort of conspiracy against you.

Mail: I'm done with this secondhand info. Tell joe to contact me himself.

So that conspiracy.

Well, Elodin would beg to differ. Still not sure why you completely trusted him and then let him die.

Burnt, anything to say?

So between,

my Air 3 contact,

Strawman as Earth 3,

the unknown Wood 3,

and Araris with Metal 3,

I'm inclined to believe that the eliminators likely have at least ONE Tier 3.

The writeup vouch for Strawman he was good.

I definetely trust my Air 3 contact.

So the tossup here is between the Wood 3 and Metal 3. I see Wood 3 as the only surefire way find eliminators in this game other than the most obvious way of figuring things out, Air 3 so I believe Wood 3 is most likely a good role.

Personally I think Metal 3 and Fire 3 would be great eliminator roles. You get 2 kills as Fire, or a kill and two protects as Metal. There's so much protection out there between wood, earth, and metal I'm fairly certain the evil team has an "Extra kill". The reason I believe they're good as eliminators is that they can declare someone on their team as an heir and their "Extra kill" won't be completely lost upon losing one member of the team.

On a side note, Joe contact me not Mailliw.

Gosh darn it elodin, that's the last time I truat you with a secret.

Still can't contact people. It takes an action, and of the actions I'm taking, pm's are currently the least useful. Especially since I haven't seen any reason to trust either if the two people who want me to contact them. So, unless I'm given a heck of a good reason to do so, I can't contact anyone. Especially now.

I don't have fire two. Or fire three.

You didn't use your Fire I last turn. So you have something else more useful? Either Air II/III or Fire II/III

Posted

Why, no, they didn't. They like their secrets. Pretty sure half of it is just throwing me out front as the fall guy in case they're wrong. So, I'll assume you have Air II for now. Who did you spy on? You should've gotten a good lead from it.

If you didn't use Air II, then Air III would've worked just as well. Who'd you scan?

Come now Joe we're Fire Friends Forever right?

Frankly, I haven't benn given any reason to trust you mailliw. So I don't see why I should answer what tier of air I have, though honestly, it should be obvious unless you're deliberately ignoring it for some reason.

Nah, just wanted you to confirm that you were the one who spied on Deathclutch. You're right, you haven't been. Well, you don't have much choice in the matter, I'd say. Or you could just stop talking to people I guess.
