Alright, I think I have a plan. Bridge Boy.

 

Earlier today, BB PMed me and told me one of the fields that he has been studying in. Linguistics. He claims to be of the second elevation and to have the linguistics analysis ability. I believe that this ability is too good to give up, but also dangerous to have around if the analyst is a skindancer. Here is my plan.

 

Wonko, PM BB with the identity of your analyst and have your analyst clear (or not) BB. BB, you clear (or not) Wonko's analyst. That way, we can start clearing people twice as fast.

 

To keep the skindancers from killing either one of them, Wonko and BB keep your analyst secret. I am in contact with a physicker who claims to be of the first elevation. They can protect BB from sabotage this cycle, but they can only do it every second round. What I ask is that any and all other physickers contact me so that I can organize protection for the analysts.

 

If anyone doesn't trust me enough to let me organize protection, then have the analysts scan me after they scan each other.

 

 

Muffin, what makes you so certain that Wonko isn't a skindancer?

He's new, and letting personal ties get in the way. He trusts me because he knows me, but he doesn't actually have any more reason than you. You should be careful not to do that, by the way, Muffin.

 

I'll ask, and hope they'll be amenable to the plan. There is a slight snag, though. I have news that will upset some of you.

 

My contact is in Imre this round. They can't check anybody. My entire argument has been founded on false principles.

It's not just personal ties, if I thought you were still a skindancer then I wouldn't say you weren'tt. Honestly, it's just the way he's acted and talked in the forum and in private messages.

He is not. I would not have risked lying about his motives; I believed that they stemmed from our prior relationship, or I would not have said as such.

 

I have done as asked. BB now knows the identity of my contact. Hopefully, we can start to find our way out of this mess.

That probably shouldn't be confirmed in public.

I like the plan though, Kyne, but the Analyst being in Imre is a bit harder. If anything happens to BB or the Analyst in these two turns, the plan doesn't work. But if both of them are up for it, then let's go for it.

Wonko, honestly what I think about your allegiance has nothing to do with you being someone I know personally. If I thought you were a skindancerr, I wouldn't trust you. However, as of now, I have no reason to believe you are. I don't really mind if you get eliminated… but only if you're a skindancer. If you're a sutdent, I want you alive, the same for every other student. It's just right now, I'm pretty sure I can trust you and I don't want to see someone I believe is innocent expelled.

Besides, Kynedath, what leads you to believe he's a skindancer? I'm not saying that I knw for a fact that he's not a skindancer, just that as of now, I am pretty certain I can trust him. I feel that there are better alternatives for your vote then him.

Edit: Not saying you are… but kynedath, wouldn't it make sense for you to be a skindancer too? You stepped up to coordinate the defense… wouldn't it make a lot of sense as an eliminator to be in the middle of things when dealing with the villagers? After all, you'd get identities of important/useful people that you need to take out. No one would suspect you because you'd be leading the defense. I'm not necessarily accusing you, just saying… I don't really see a reason to distrusst Wonko at the moment, but I can find reasons not to distrusst you. Again, not accusing you, just pointing that out.

I don't distrust wonko, I was just saying that you probably shouldn't be trusting him so completely. If I didn't trust wonko, then he wouldn't be such a big part of my, now nearly defunct, plan. I just think that I shouldn't keep my suspicions too solid.

Anyways, BB contacted me and told me he'd scanned me with his liguistics analysis, so I guess I'm the player he told first? Also, I've been scanned by 2 separate linguistic analysis players(BB and Wonko's contact) as telling the truth and have included "I am not a Skindancer" in each of my posts, so I guess that makes me almost 100% confirmed right?

One thing I'd like to point out with reference to LG 16. I was an eliminator then, and meta's tunneling on me hurt my reputation in the late game. So, I'd say that most of the eliminators wouldn't be participating in such heated arguments so early on. So, I'd suspect people who have been quiet, yet participative in the thread.

I just realized I lied in my last post.  Whoops. I said "I've included the I am not a Skindancer phrase in each of my posts." I meant to say that I've posted that in the Months that that all started, but worded it wrong. I know it doesn't matter for me, but I figure you all should be careful how you word things. You don't want to be a Student and then get scanned as a liar.

I think the thing with the game so far is that we're only just getting to the point where people might have useful abilities, and people haven't been treating the lynch as a lynch. I guess it is less than appealing due to the fact we don't get the & alignment, which could be why...

Danosaur woke up abruptly, shaking from a bad dream.

 

In it there was something coming after him. He didn't know why. He didn't even know what it was. But it was strange.

 

He walked to the bathroom and splashed water on his face and stared at himself in the mirror. Danosaur thought to himself about all the craziness going on around the university, literally. Not to mention the increasing number of students being killed. Maybe it was a good thing that Danosaur kept to himself. Maybe it was fate that the kazoo didn’t bring him to any friends. Maybe solitude was the fate that kept him alive. Well, solitude and his Dinosaur plushie of course. Danosaur thought to himself, if only this so called “fate,” could help him to get elevated. Surely, all his hard work in school wasn’t going to waste, or was it?

I don't know. I wouldn't think so, since usually RP doesn't have much in terms of true/false statements.

Well I got scanned as telling the truth twice(although I'm not sure when I was scanned) and I've done RP almost every Month. I really don't think you should worry about it. The only thing I think could be a possibility is if you include actual game relevant information in your RP that's false somehow, or something like that. Like, RPing that you live at the Horse and Four when you're actually in the Mews or something. Even then, I'm not sure they'd count it as a lie.

 

Edit: I'd say just go ahead and do as much RP as you want, and we'll figure it out later when a GM is here to make a concrete ruling.
