I never had any problem leaving TVTropes I don't get it what's so great about it :P

And every time you mentioned apple pie as an american food, guess what I thought about? The apple pie scene from American Pie :P American's really love their food :P

It is not that it is great, it is that you keep clicking links that look interesting.

I see what you did there.

I have no minions.

And....tell me if I'm getting this wrong, but was the message of the Prius commercial "If you break the law in a Prius 4, you'll be super popular"?

Oh Twi, you're still so naive about the effect you have on people, aren't you?

I fell asleep 4pm and just woke up 2am thoughts

The road to hell is a water slide, the road to heaven is brick walled over, not that anyone ever figured out how to get there anyway.

I still have a cold, I hope I'll get rid of it before I'll visit my friend in Scotland.

Just checking, it isnt just me and Kaymyth who is shipping the two top reps with each other, right?

I had a dream. It was a dusty desert, I met a man with a truck and a giant white, pretty dog. And then I met a pug, it fed on our energy resources, but it was so cute when it attached itself to my arm all cuddly so I kept it. These energy sources where bracelets that made everything still work, but there were only so many, and they were rationed. So I guess it wasnt a very good idea to keep the pug. Ah, Im weak to cute things.

I had two more funny ideas, but now I cant remember them... oh well.

I dunno, always seemed a bit excessive to me.

So you feed the survival of humanity to a pug? Seems legit to me.

The topic of my mom's blog this week: Legalism and when it's appropriate to judge others. OH THE IRONY. <_<

 Did she also talk about self-judgement.

I...I try to ignore the fact that 4chan exists.  Life is much, much better that way.

It's funny, I always only hear bad stuff about that place... yet it still exsists.

I made it out of TVTropes alive!

You think you have escaped. Oh the naivety.

Um....yes? :P

I'm all for it.

Yes. Actually, she did. She talked about how judging people based on legalistic standards is wrong (the examples she gave were all drawn from 1950s-style Christian rules of conduct, like no drinking, smoking, watching movies or wearing shorts, making her own standards seem reasonable by comparison) but judging people based on biblical standards of right and wrong is okay, so long as we're honest about our own failures. She conveniently didn't draw the line between judgmental rudeness and loving correction, giving herself a lot of wiggle room.

You don't escape from TVTropes.

And thus the great apugalypse started.

That really sounds like a lot of wiggle room. <_<

It will ruin your life.

True, true. It will work itself out.

More or less. It was a very cute pug. Twi has corrupted my brain. I should have fed it to a cat instead.

I shall battle Twi for your brain!

I always get confused when people use AM/PM with number 12... You mean no calculus before midnight or no calculus before noon?

If 11:59 PM is just before mignight, 12 PM is midnight, right?

Well, I meant no calculus before noon, but no calculus before midnight would be even better. :P

I finally sort of figured out the am/pm system last month.

It is 15.55 in sweden, by the way, if anyone was curious.

Just think of the minute afterwards, 1 minute past midnight is in the 'morning' half of the day so it must be 12:01 AM.

I actually really enjoyed Calculus, I may have accidentally invented it once only to find out an hour later that some clever chap called Newton beat me to it by a few centuries. :P

So you count 12, 1, 2, 3...? I know why I prefer my systems.

I'd rather it was completely hexadecimal based and we had 60 hours in a day, but when using the stupid system we're stuck with I tend to use 24 hour time anyway so I count 23,0,1,2,3 :P

Unpopular opinion:

I actually really enjoyed Coldplay's Super Bowl halftime show and felt Chris Martin contributed just as much style and pizazz as Beyoncé. She didn't "rescue" the halftime show, because it didn't need rescuing. Rather, she brought a new and unique element to a show that was already going superbly and made a great show even better.

End of unpopular opinion.

I dont keep up with the opinions of others anymore.

But lets see how many of you I can offend

Beyonce is boring mainstream pop

Coldplay is only marginally better

But they are still better than U2

I really, storming hate U2.

Bacon is pretty great though.
