In another life I'd be a back country tour guide. I love being out in nature by myself as well: for my 21st birthday, instead of going out with friends I went on a four day backpacking trip by myself in a part of the Sierra Nevada mountains called "Desolation Wilderness". T'was amazing and a great way to come to grips with what I had accomplished to date in my life and to allow me to meditate on where I wanted to go. Edited June 22, 2015 by Titan Arum 1

But personality-wise, I relate a lot to Kaladin, although he's way more assertive and decisive than me. And I like rain. I don't know, I don't think any one Cosmere character is the most like me. I relate to parts of each one. I guess Sarene and Kaladin are the ones most like me. But then there's Vin, and... I dunno. Kind of off-topic though.... me and Annabeth from Percy Jackson are basically the same person. Physically and personality-wise. Except that she's smarter and more clever. 3

I loved it when I was reading the massive hardcover WoK I got from the library (I have a paperback now) and when I got the even more massive WoR hardcover. If somebody tried to talk to me I'd just hold the book up menacingly. Everyone was afraid of me. It was awesome. Of course, I couldn't properly enjoy it because, you know, I was in Roshar at the time. 4

I like to draw and be witty like shallan, but I would be like vin in that I don't like wearing dresses, and I wear shorts under them if i have to wear one. But I talk a LOT and joke a lot like lopen. Oooh! And I'm short like vin. SO HARD TO CHOOSE.

I have the UK paperbacks and I have 4 books: WOK, Vol. 1 & 2 and WOR, Vol. 1 & 2. I can only imagine the damage that could be done if the two volumes were combined in one hardback . Ouch! Also, I'm not great at explaining things even when I am well versed in and have a good understanding of the topic. There is probably some Hrathen mixed in there too. I am very logic minded and will pretty much go along with anything that makes logical sense. On the flip side of that, I'm not particularly impassioned towards things. I have to say Wit 1) I have a tendency of insulting people through the form of jokes 2) Some people are fond of me, while other people actually really hate me 3) Every now and then I give emotional support to people that really need it and only find out how much of an impact I had several years later 4) People are often confused when I am serious, and have a hard time taking me seriously 5) I appreciate a good sense of humour and enjoy it when someone is able to give a good joke 6) I am pretty secluded from social groups around me, preferring to do my own thing 7) People are surprised when I say something that "actually makes sense" 1

So leaves just Syl. I like her a lot, if you couldn't tell by my username. We have some similar personality traits. Oops, I forgot Elend. If I was allowed I would take a book with every where I went. I am a bookworm idealist whose had to change both my view on the world and the way I present myself to fit in and become a leader. But I also have aspergers, like the truthwatchers, and am the little sibling who isn't strong physically but would like to be. 2
Xaladin he/him Posted July 28, 2015 Posted July 28, 2015 Renarin. I have Aspergers (and ADHD, but he doesnt). I didn't know you can have Aspergers and ADHD. I thought they were opposites. Too much focus versus not enough. (Yes, I, like 50% of everyone else on here have Aspergers)
