I think the level of pressure can change drastically based on players in the game and a ruleset. I personally think as long as you feel like you'll be able to engage with a game in a way thats fun to you, you should join. That could mean 1 post a day that is some general thoughts on the game or several posts changing as info changes. Imo long games are way higher pressure as there are more posts and more analysis.

Yeah that's fine by me, a lot of the things that were said to Booknewt apply to you as well

I think if you're around most days then I wouldn't stress much about missing one, especially early in the game

That's not what I meant. It will still be the same length and I was just (slightly jokingly, unless Drake says yes) saying we should start a few hours earlier.

A lot of people are on MDT. I'd even go so far as to say most. It's because Brandon's work is headquartered in Utah (I'm pretty sure), so he reaches a lot of Utahns.
