I feel like it's most useful for Scenario 1 since there's more incentive to lie about their exploration to avoid being grouped together in a set of people (though I guess some might not even need to lie at all since you can be elim w/o picking the weighted option). For Scenario 2 and 3, I feel there's less incentive to lie since in both, there's only one starting "elim" and you basically hand off the role to someone else either randomly (Scenario 2) or by choice (Scenario 3) So would probably support searching players to double check if we can rule out Scenario 1 and then next cycle, we can work on figuring out if it's Scenario 2/3. Would also lean towards checking everyone, but if that's difficult to coordinate, then probably try targeting those who stated to have explored ground floor and upstairs- 27 replies

Is it actually possible to follow an NK? From what I'm seeing here, searching for people only reveals their search area during N0 and what items they may have. I do agree that there's some value doing that to verify if people were being honest with what they said about where they searched N0- 27 replies

Yeah, it's not impossible for it to be Scenario 1 and that it just happened that none of the elims in said scenario received any attention, but I think factoring in how no wagon reached like 3 votes or more makes me think it's less likely Anyways, last I remembered from the discussions was that, we would be searching for clues. Is that still what we're doing and should we coordinate it? Or is it better to keep it hush and just share what we did the next day- 27 replies

I feel like the votes being 2/2/2/several ones kind of implies that we're in Scenario 2/3 Also Mint and Fizz being the tied wagons make me think they're likely v- 27 replies

I see, can you explain more why you think Fizz is suspicious? Fair enough, it can be a difficult transition going from irl werewolf where you can see people's body language and the like in real-time while in forum, it's more reading between the lines -

Is this a poke vote or an actual vote? Yeah, it's fairly common for D1 votes to either tie or be really close (at least from what I remember since playing in QF77) Is there anyone you're leaning towards voting rn? -

I see. Good to know that there's other ways for us to figure out the scenario we're in, outside of the clues, which may be unreliable (due to the possibility of getting clues from a different scenario by chance) Thanks for this, I forgot to unvote Doc12 before voting Akimiko -

Ohh okay, that makes sense For Scenario 2, is it because either someone gets shot or the one with the gun die if the kill fails? -

- I'm a little confused with Star calling their vote on Wahr a "poke" vote when it's not a poke vote at all. I guess they're new to SE (?) I did like their line of thinking though for the vote, which picked up on the same Basement/Ground Floor thing - Currently, I'd want to vote Akimiko. I find it a little off for her to say that she's here now, but then disappear without saying anything else Other than those, I don't have much of a leaning for everyone else. I feel like that's probably on brand for D1s to be slow, especially in this format where we're not certain what kind of game we're looking it, but it'd be good for people to share their thoughts, so we can get a better handle of what their perspective is or where they stand in the game -

Other thoughts I had: - I have a light village lean on Mist for being the one to initiate asking where people explored. It's well within his range to initiate things as elim, so it's not a hard leaning, but I think him doing that so early contributes to a game where people will be open about what they're doing and dissuades any elim from doing something shady - I'm feeling a light sus on Wahr for the whole Basement/Ground Floor thing. He mentioned that the mixup had to do with English not being his first language, so I'd like to hear a little more of how that happened. Other than that, I don't think his reaction to being wagoned is necessarily suspicious, since I think he's defensive regardless of alignment. At the moment, I wouldn't want to vote him too since I think he falls under players I easily misread, so I'll be observing him more if he remains sus later on - I also liked Mint asking people why they chose the floor they did. I think that helps us later on, especially when we've figured out what scenario we're in and looking into if there was something suspicious about the reasoning people gave out Also, could someone clarify what that discussion about being able to figure out if it's Scenario 3 based on the flips meant? I didn't quite catch what the takeaway from it was -

I'm catching up and I compiled what people stated regarding where they were visiting N0 Basement (3) - Mist, Striker, Mint Ground Floor (5) - Wahr, Fizz9, ___, Star, Conure1243 Upstairs (4) - Divergent, Doc12, Verdance, Miss Fallen And it seems like the odds aren't that far off from each scenario being likely to happen? I do find it curious though that there were several who picked the Ground Floor. To the people who chose Ground Floor, were you interested in playing the standard game or was there another reason for the choice? -

I signed up because I thought either Scenario 2 or 3 would be interesting to play, and between the two, I liked Scenario 2 more because of the survival aspect So I chose Upstairs to give Scenario 2 better odds of being picked -

True, yeah, I guess we could stack our searches toward a specific scenario's clues? And the results, while unreliable, could possibly be stacked towards one of the scenarios? I guess the problem is that people might not necessarily be interested in searching for clues over trying to get items and it's still dependent on RNG.
