But more seriously, forgot about this because I was busy getting murdered by the Dark gym leader - ish? I believe factions could, if they were nice, choose to defend the IEs they are allied with, but that's a choice. Their interests are not terribly affected in the way they would be if their own faction members are targeted. One demands a response, the other might or might not.

For old times' sake, Charizard. On monofire run, it's a Piplup I adopted because this guy sold me his Piplup in exchange for a hit of a street drug and I feel so bad for the poor thing it's adorable you just can't abandon it so it's now riding shotgun next to fire gang.

i dont feel like it. wait how big is a faction? wouldn't there be more than 2 independent ones? how many factions are there?
